Everyone from starting the process in America and arriving my first day at Istanbul airport was taken care of. I was kept up to date with all the information needed with regards to transportation to and from airport, hotels and clinic. The staff and Doctor were fabulous and Muhlise was my guardian Angel along the whole process and answered every one of my many questions. She translated everything for me and I felt like I had a friend with me and the only time I felt a little overwhelmed was after my surgery with some of the nurses who didn’t quite understand me. The food was not good and I had no beverages available apart from one bottle of water but I would just remember to take my own next time and it will not stop me from returning for more procedures. And hospital food is bad in every country right 😂 But Dr Aykut and all of his Staff and colleagues were wonderful and I would definitely return in the future and recommend Bookimed, DrMed and Dr Aykut. Thank you.

I am glad that I chose Dr Med as a clinic which helped me to implement my dream. I had an excellent experience during every step of my journey. Doctor Aykut helped me to understand what will be the best option for me and was professional and understanding. All the medical stuff provided all the necessary support, was attentive and kind to me. Want to say big thank you to my curator Muhlise, who was always in touch, ready to answer every question and organized everything during my stay in the hospital and hotel.

I am very happy that I went to this clinic
I received full support from the first day of treatment, always had feedback, very friendly and welcoming staff. I had the best coordinator Akylay and the best Dr Hakan. Thank you very much🥰
They counselled me, showed me how it would be better and did everything for me taking into account all my wishes, all the time before and after the operation they supported me, were in touch, answered all my questions, always interested in my well-being.
In the clinic itself the staff is very polite, helpful, kind, also helped and said immediately call them if you need help, even the smallest thing (which I could easily cope with and myself) and that tried to help me.
I am very happy that I went to this clinic. Thank you very much 🙂 .
