All staff Members: HWT Clinic does not work with freelancers and all doctors, technicians, nurses and are HWT Clinic employees.
Health and safety: HWT Clinic has a separate sterilization unit within the hospital, where all the equipment is being regularly and constantly sterilized. Moreover, all the required tests and analysis such as EKG, blood test, etc. to the patients can do here the day before the operation to guarantee that there will be no issue during the operation. The team also tracks the record and status of the patients for a minimum of 1 year after the operation in order to make sure they are happy with their new appearances. All the data are being stored securely in the systems so that doctors would be able to be sure with their statuses.

If for any reasons I would need any kind of operations abroad, Bookimed will be first place to visit
First of all, would like to thank Bookimed team for a arranging connection with HWT clinic.
About their team
Drivers: from transfer to the hotel and clinic all was good (usually I expect drivers to be late, but for all period they were always on time)
Medical personal: have nothing to compare them with since it was first this kind of operation, but they asked about pain level periodically to make sure, that it isn’t high enough, which I find good and appreciate.
Medical equipment: also hard to judge, only one problem for me was that their chair on which I had been several hours, was some kind of little for me (1,91m my height).
After operation: they provide all information and prescriptions, but even with all knowledge I still curious was it possible to do something with disturbed sleeping (it's side affect of anesthesia but still)
Additional: little disturbance were caused by payment. For paying by card they asked additional percent, and for me it was unpleasant surprise since I haven’t seen any info about it.
Overall: it is nice place to do operation, but for more honest review we need to wait for 4+ months to see results

I'm still happy with my decision to go and I'm looking forward to seeing all the results
Once I bought the flight from the US and actually committed, the entire process was easy. The staff at HRT took care of me, picking me up and dropping me off to and from the airport, hotel, and clinic. The day of the procedure seems like a blur but I got out of the chair at the end of the day with 4,000 grafts in the areas that I wanted and as of day 8 post procedure, I’m still happy with my decision to go and I’m looking forward to seeing all the results.
