From the moment of the first consultation to the discharge, I felt I was in safe hands. The doctors explained in detail all the stages of the operation, answered all my questions and supported me morally. The operation was successful and the recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to the competent recommendations of the specialists. The medical staff was always there to help and monitor my condition. I would especially like to note the individual approach and friendly attitude - in such an atmosphere you feel like a dear guest rather than a patient. What impressed me most about the clinic was the staff! From the very first day I felt incredibly caring, attentive and supportive. The doctors, nurses, coordinators - everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Not only did they provide high quality care, but they created an atmosphere of comfort and confidence. I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon

I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I’m from Germany and 20 years old. Before coming here, I was honestly very nervous and unsure about everything — especially traveling to another country for surgery. But from the moment I arrived, all my worries disappeared. I was completely convinced of the opposite and so positively surprised by how smooth and professional everything was. The surgery went perfectly, and I felt truly safe and well taken care of the whole time. The doctor was amazing — very kind and skilled — and everyone who looked after me was incredibly friendly and caring. I also had a translator with me, which helped so much and made communication super easy. I never felt alone or confused. The hospital is very modern, clean, and comfortable. I felt so at ease that I could have even stayed longer! Every need I had was taken care of immediately, and I felt supported the entire time. The hotel, which was included in my package, was perfect as well. It had a great location and was very comfortable. The transfer service (also included) was organized and smooth — everything went exactly as planned. I truly want to say thank you to everyone involved.
