Undoubtedly, to Dr Raykut Gok, I feel he is among one of the greatest plastic surgeons

II was searching for a plastic surgeons who specialisised in deep plane facelifts , I research BookiMed.com and was happy with the reviews , i then went on to the BookiMed booking services and was guided through every detail , they listened to my all conserns and answered all my questions they gave me time to think things through carefully with no pressure at all. I was then recommended the incredible Dr, Raykut Gok, I am extremely pleased with the work he has done on my face , I am definitely a new and very happy woman. . I had only initially sought a deep plane facelift, but as a woman in my mid-50s, he explained and recommended that i needed surgery on both my upper and lower eyelidsalong with a temple lift and the reason's why, which was in order to achieve a naturally balanced appearance, which I was looking for . Dr. Raykut Gok never once pressured me into doing anything I didn't want , the decision was mine to consider, . during my consultation, with him I could tell he was a true perfectionist . To me, he came across as very polite, professional and I could see he had a precise understanding of the subject. Therefore, in his hands, I felt entirely safe and reassured , i was so glad I took his valuable advice .. . Sara and Akilay were my medical support they were with me all the way, From the first day of online consultation to my last day in istanbul and are still there if need them, they sorted everything for me. The girls made a special effort to ensure i was at ease. Nothing was a problem, all of my enquiries and concerns were handled expertly.They even went above and beyond to help with anything I needed .I arrived to istanbul alone , but I never once did I feel alone. They made me feel very safe, to which I was so grateful for . I was also taken well care of by the hospital staff, and despite some language issues i was able to communicate, the care given to me was excellent . After my facelift and with the typical normal swelling of oedema, I able to see through this and was thrilled with the results, Dr did amazing work. When discarge from hospital i was taken back to the hotel, I continued to receive excellent aftercare by Dr Raykut Gok hosptial staff, along with Sara and Akiay, They kept open communication with me and well informed about everything , and how to look after myself during my healing process. This was done through what's app and face to face visits. What I didn't like was, I had to sleep upright, this was to ensure good healing process , so my tip for anyone is to bring your own lumber upright pillow to the hotel or make sure you have one when you return home , as it will be a blessing and will help you sleep more comfortably . About day 5, I was given a medical facial massage oh wow, this was incredible and so needed , this treatment also assists you in your healing process. The hotel is a charming little establishment that had everything I needed, only two mins walking distance from the hospital Additionally , the hotel personnel's staff also helped to attend to all of your needs. Nothing was an issue for them. They were so kind . The food was also good and I recommend Mama's meatballs, it had great flavour. and simple to consume following face lift procedure . I like to express my gratitude to everyone who attended to all of my needs. I am incredibly thankful. and grateful, most of all, and Undoubtedly, to Dr Raykut Gok, i feel he is among one of the greatest plastic surgeons. Two thirds of the face lift, neck platysmaplasty, temporal lift, lower laser eye resurfacing and not a single bruise, it is impressive!

Excellent medical staff. Very positive and friendly attitude to patients. Kudos to the surgeon for his jewellery work. The only thing I would like to improve is the communication between the interpreters, which would improve the organisation in some issues. It is too early to say about the final result, but two thirds of the face lift, neck platysmaplasty, temporal lift, lower laser eye resurfacing and not a single bruise, it is impressive! My incisions seperated and bleeding. No adequate assistance offered.and no one turned up. They treated me like I was a nuisance and warned me never to come to the clinic. I was abused verbally by the surgeon. Dr Aykut is arrogant, obnoxious and rude. My nose is hideous, and far worse than before. My nostrils are now to the front of my nose and my columella is massive, and so is my tip. It was the biggest mistake I have ever made. Even when I was bleeding on and off, the surgeon shouted at me and told me not to come to the clinic. The co-ordinator is so bad at communication. I do not recommend this clinic and I am so distressed about my nose. I feel that he butchered my nose. 1st 2 photos after surgery, 3rd photo before surgery at the clinic. Hideous. My nose wasn’t bed before but now it has been butchered with a hanging middle columella and massive nostrils with a bulbous tip. No amount of swelling will ever hide the fact that this is a botched result. Read more less

I am too distressed to even consider anything that I liked. It was a horror story

Dr Aykut was awful. His surgery results and his manner was dismissive, rude and arrogant. The excessive bruising was as a result of the surgeons roughness. No photos taken to evidence results. No digital simulation for nose pre-op as promised. My under eyes were excluded from the process, yet No discount offered. The disregard for their patients is shocking.

About Bookimed service

Bookimed failed to assist me in getting the surgeon to attend to me when my liplift seperated. They were not impartial and I felt ganged-up against. No effort or oversight was given to my my medical emergency and I was given the impression that the surgeon would be available for aftercare during my stay in Turkey
