That they do their job is not bad, but why do they have to be reminded of it all the time?
It is better to listen to the client's opinion, pay more attention, do not make decisions yourself without letting the client know.

I would not recommend them, as I had a problem not only in this clinic from them, but also in another clinic, where they did even worse that I wanted to sue them if they do not fix what they did to me there.
