I had zirconia crowns placed on my upper and lower teeth at Mavidenta. I am very satisfied with the result. Friendly staff, experienced and attentive doctors, interpreter services available, hotel and transfer included in the cost of treatment. I want to say straight away that all your wishes will be taken into account and the doctors will do their best to make you happy and with a beautiful smile!

Of course, it was very exciting to have my teeth treated abroad, but on the phone I was assured that there was no reason to worry and it turned out to be 100 per cent true! I was picked up at the airport, brought to the dentist's office where I was met by an assistant translator and on the same day I was seen by my doctor. There is no language problem in communicating with the doctor, there is no problem to ask a question, ask more about the treatment, etc. as there is always an interpreter nearby. All procedures were scheduled for the next day and I was kindly escorted to the hotel, which is located next to the dentistry. I want to say straight away that all your wishes will be taken into account and the doctors will do their best to make you happy and with a beautiful smile! I am glad I chose this particular clinic! For me this was worth every penny

I visited the clinic from the UK to have 28 crowns. I have to admit I was sceptical. Mavidenta clinic stood out to me for fairness and reviews so I followed this through with them. Bookimed was consistent and answered all my questions prior offering support. The clinic connected me and made all the arrangements including transfers from the airport to the clinic and hotel. I booked my hotel separately as I wanted self catering and an apartment. I made sure I was within a close travel distance to the clinic. When I arrived at the clinic I was met by a translator who explained everything. I met with the Dr who was truly an expert in her field. The clinic was spotlessly clean , modern and staff were also the same. I discussed my treatment plan again at the clinic as it appeared I would need some root canal work and filling which were additional. I also upgraded the quality of the crowns. I paid half of the treatment up front and reserved the rest for the end. The treatment took 6 days and I was at the clinic 5 of the days. Total time at the clinic each day would range from 1hr too 5hrs. I was given prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief. The entire process was reflective of the cost and quality. The clinic was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it was and did deliver a high quality finish and service. I don't believe you could get much better. If your hesitant about visiting don't be. For me this was worth every penny. Tips and things to be aware of: If your paying by debit or credit card you will need to pay local tax. If you pay cash you don't. Don't expect this to be a pain free process. It's dental work. However the clinic and staff are super professional and your given pain relief. Allow yourself a few days extra at the end of the treatment so if there are any complications you can sort them out and allow yourself time to enjoy parts of the city at the same time. Try and book accommodation close to the rail network or within a 30 min walk. I was met very well, the transfer was well organised, the consultant from the clinic was on the phone all the time and gave me tips, sometimes not in time, but it's a small thing.)The hotel is comfortable, no frills, but the room is super clean and white sheets.Breakfast is very modest, but Istanbul is the capital of the country, so it may be so. About medicine, it took two hours to get implants. No one checks blood for viruses and hiv. I was just asked whether I was sick or not. The consultant answered that they take all patients, but after the infected they throw away the instruments without treating them. It still scares me. They don't take any tests, they don't do them. The transfer was on time, I was delivered to the airport on time. The staff on the one hand very attentive and very helpful, but...on one trust on such health is impossible, I think.Too much risk.The usual simple express-testing and already the result.Or disposable all the intrument. The big plus is that nothing hurts yet.But the story is silent why you need to remove the threads on 17-21 days, and I had them come off the upper implant on the 3rd and all Ivanka-consultants do not care)))) Read more less
