The main and biggest plus of the clinic is the surgeon Burak himself. He is a very nice person and an excellent doctor. The staff is friendly, after the operation I was in the clinic under the round-the-clock supervision of nurses. They also left only positive emotions. They fed, cared for, even helped to go to the toilet. They came without a “call” to check if everything was fine. I also want to note that going into anesthesia was quick and pleasant, if I may say so. It's like falling asleep after a hard day - these are the emotions I had when I fell asleep. I also want to note the hotel, not a bad enough hotel and the staff is wonderful. Water, cleaning - everything is as it should be. By the way, there were practically no bruises, only swelling for 1-3 days. Separately, I want to highlight my translator, Ali. I am very glad that it was he who accompanied me, I am extremely grateful. He's a great guy, easy to talk to. He answered all my questions very quickly, even outside business hours. there was only one problem in the organization of the transfer, but it was quickly resolved.

I was looking for a clinic that I could trust with my face and life. I came across the Bookimed website (I never knew about it before), left a request and literally within an hour (maybe less) a very nice girl, my coordinator, called me back. She immediately made me feel at ease, I liked that all the answers to questions, options for clinics, everything is sent almost instantly. I did not wait for answers for an hour or more. I can leave a positive review about Quartz Clinic and the bookimed service. There were some fears during communication with the service (especially after encountering negative reviews on the internet), but in the end I was satisfied with my experience. From the service I was supported by the manager Ekaterina. I would also like to leave her a positive feedback for her quick and competent answers in WhatsApp. All the conditions of the clinic were in full conformity with reality. And as for Quartz Clinic: a modern clinic with good service, friendly staff and doctors. In addition to my surgery, the service package included a good hotel and a transfer (even when I changed my hotel at my own request, I was still picked up by a transfer to another address not close to the clinic). The clinic was attentive to me and my words (and fears of the surgery itself), which really eased my worries. My coordinator at the clinic, Ali, made a huge difference to my experience as a whole, being really human and supporting me during the surgery with his communication, distracting me from my creepy feelings. And also always stayed in touch on messenger, giving full feedback, answering my queries. The surgery itself was excellent, the doctor inspired confidence in me and I found him to be absolutely competent, I would go to him again for any surgery with confidence.

I highly recommend the doctor as he did exactly the shape I wanted
I want to share my experience. In the summer I planned a breast augmentation surgery. I thought for a long time in what country, that it would not take long to fly, price, quality, etc. Having decided on the country (Turkey), was the choice of clinic. With the coordinator Bogdana very quickly selected a clinic. There were a lot of offers from different clinics, but intuitively the choice fell on Dr Ramazan Arslan from Quartz Clinique. Then I cooperated with the coordinator Ali from the clinic. I have never met a more attentive and patient person))). As soon as we arrived in Turkey, Ali was on call 24/7. Any question was solved instantly. At the consultation, the doctor said I needed a lift of one breast, the healing process with a lift is complex and painful, so all 10 days I needed attention. I was at the clinic for 2 days, then stayed with my husband in a hotel across the street. Which was very convenient. Ali, the doctor, all the girls from the clinic were very friendly, always smiling, trying to help.
I highly recommend the doctor as he did exactly the shape I wanted. The coordinator Ali, I can't imagine if he wasn't there... The clinic is very friendly staff. Kudos to the girls!
