I came across the Bookimed website (I never knew about it before), left a request and literally within an hour (maybe less) a very nice girl, my coordinator, called me back. She immediately made me feel at ease, I liked that all the answers to questions, options for clinics, everything is sent almost instantly. I did not wait for answers for an hour or more. The nurses were always friendly and smiling which made me feel at ease. They also reassured me that everything was normal when I got anxious. The surgeon was very receptive and made sure I was happy with the outcome, I’m grateful he listened to me instead of telling me what I should want.
Maybe faster response time over WhatsApp but honestly I’m sure they’re busy and doing their best so I don’t really have any complaints.
