Good afternoon. I can say one thing, beyond praise. Thank you very much for everything: transfer, hotel, clinic, doctors. Special thanks to Ekaterina and Hakam for participating in our problem. Thank you very much to Madame Sophia, she personally received us and supervised the operation itself. Thanks to the two doctors who performed the operation, unfortunately I did not ask the names. I am very incredulous, very much. I checked everything, looked after everything. Yes, the operation is painful, you need to understand this and know what you are doing. I came with my son and did not regret it. Care and participation are essential, as I have once again become convinced how much men are intolerant of pain. The payment was agreed in advance, back in Russia, there were no surprises. I was offered to buy more cosmetics for the care of transplanted hair for a year, I bought and Madame Sophia advised the pills, they cost a penny. This is already our choice. We had a little more than 3,000 grafts transplanted at a cost of $ 1,800. This includes the services of an interpreter (she was on the day of the operation), four days and three nights of hotel and breakfast. The hotel was Green Park, pleasantly surprised by the staff, free pool and gym. On arrival, the first day we rested, walked, gained strength. On the other days, there was no time for walks, we were engaged in treatment. I highly recommend this clinic, I was satisfied with the operation itself and with the doctors and staff. Kind time of the day everyone. I am on treatment for the second week. On the first day, treatment was prescribed. We made a schedule. Pleasant experience from communicating with the staff, friendly atmosphere, I arrive at the clinic at the appointed time. They are already waiting for me, they immediately offer coffee. Nobody is in a hurry, they will answer all your questions. You can contact them at any time. They help in everything, literally nursed me like a child. Natalia even showed me the city (she set aside a day for this), helped me buy medicines. They respond immediately to any request. Russian-speaking girls Katya and Inna immediately gave their phone numbers. I did not like the location of the first hotel, I was immediately transported to another. Hakan came for me at the appointed time and took me. High professionalism of doctors (now I have something to compare with). Madame Sophie meets with each of the patients. "Their patience is my Respect
My stay in the clinic lasted all day on 16.02.2021 + - from 10:00 to 18:00. For almost all this time, I was accompanied by one doctor (man) and a doctor (as I understand an assistant), a girl. Their patience is my Respect. Almost 8 hours of continuous work! The translator girl was always "at hand", as they say. There was no language discomfort. Special thanks for the lunch provided. Everything went fine. The only thing was that I had to endure anesthesia, of course, courageously :-) Well, and we will see the result in a year and a half, when, according to the doctors' promises, the whole head will be closed completely. Hopefully this will happen!

Good afternoon Never wrote a review but this time I decided to write a few words. I will not describe all the details, others have already done it. I arranged for December 21-24 and flew home just yesterday. I am still impressed. I have not experienced such peace of mind for the last 10 years. Everything was organized at the highest level. On Monday night, I flew from Brussels to Istanbul, where I was met and taken to a five-star hotel. We settled in a beautiful room on the 8th floor. On the second day, Hakan (coordinator) came for me and took me to the clinic. The staff of the clinic, headed by Madame Safia, greeted me very warmly. Translated by a Russian woman Katya, who actually works there in the field of finance, is very beautiful and friendly. Mostly assistants worked, under the supervision of Safia. The operation lasted 8-9 hours with a lunch break. All this time, Katya came up, encouraged and, if necessary, translated my many thanks to her. I will not go on to describe all the details, everything went well. On the second day, I asked Dilara to show me the old city and the chauffeur, for a small fee, took me to the historical center of Istanbul, where I had time to walk and take pictures. The result on the fourth day of the operation is good, as they predicted for me. I would like to express my gratitude to Madame Safiye, the assistants who worked directly and the entire staff of the clinic. I want to mention Katya (translated), thank you very much. Special thanks to Hakan, who simply exuded kindness and friendliness. And finally Dilyara, who, from beginning to end, seemed to be leading me by the hand, thank you so much!
