"Everything would have gone harmlessly
I liked the clinic, everything would have gone harmlessly. The staff is friendly. Reacted kindly. But there were also disadvantages. Upon arrival at the airport, the transfer was without an interpreter. The hotel in which I was, there were also nuances with the number., Then the door was blocked, then there was no interpreter on shift ... As for the doctors, I am happy with everything, I hope that everything will be fine.

I don't know why the clinic has such a high rating here. They can’t even provide a normal hotel (probably something cheaper). Booked on the outskirts of the city in a bedbug. I have never seen such a dirty hotel with old furniture. The clinic itself also wanted to be cleaner. We agreed from the beginning that Madame Sophie would be present at the operation. I asked a couple of times and they assured me 100%. But she didn’t deign to come (she was somewhere at a fashion show, as I later found out) As a result, a crooked hairline (she was drawn near the window and without much lighting), the donor area was killed, very visible bald spots and after 8 months nothing has changed. It seems to me that there are “doctors” on tour and the clinic is dirty, they walk in ordinary clothes and shoes, sterile gloves are not used and a lot of things that should have been in a normal clinic! They don’t even have a normal website, because people can write reviews there, and I’m sure not very good ones. In general, Bookimed does not bear any responsibility for what they recommend. I thought through them it would be somehow more reliable, but it turned out not to be so. One disappointment from not professionalism and lies.

"Their patience is my Respect
My stay in the clinic lasted all day on 16.02.2021 + - from 10:00 to 18:00. For almost all this time, I was accompanied by one doctor (man) and a doctor (as I understand an assistant), a girl. Their patience is my Respect. Almost 8 hours of continuous work! The translator girl was always "at hand", as they say. There was no language discomfort. Special thanks for the lunch provided. Everything went fine. The only thing was that I had to endure anesthesia, of course, courageously :-) Well, and we will see the result in a year and a half, when, according to the doctors' promises, the whole head will be closed completely. Hopefully this will happen!

Good afternoon Never wrote a review but this time I decided to write a few words. I will not describe all the details, others have already done it. I arranged for December 21-24 and flew home just yesterday. I am still impressed. I have not experienced such peace of mind for the last 10 years. Everything was organized at the highest level. On Monday night, I flew from Brussels to Istanbul, where I was met and taken to a five-star hotel. We settled in a beautiful room on the 8th floor. On the second day, Hakan (coordinator) came for me and took me to the clinic. The staff of the clinic, headed by Madame Safia, greeted me very warmly. Translated by a Russian woman Katya, who actually works there in the field of finance, is very beautiful and friendly. Mostly assistants worked, under the supervision of Safia. The operation lasted 8-9 hours with a lunch break. All this time, Katya came up, encouraged and, if necessary, translated my many thanks to her. I will not go on to describe all the details, everything went well. On the second day, I asked Dilara to show me the old city and the chauffeur, for a small fee, took me to the historical center of Istanbul, where I had time to walk and take pictures. The result on the fourth day of the operation is good, as they predicted for me. I would like to express my gratitude to Madame Safiye, the assistants who worked directly and the entire staff of the clinic. I want to mention Katya (translated), thank you very much. Special thanks to Hakan, who simply exuded kindness and friendliness. And finally Dilyara, who, from beginning to end, seemed to be leading me by the hand, thank you so much! They provide organized transportation from Airport to hotel , from hotel to airport, from hotel to clinic and from clinic to hotel. Especially Dilara has been helping me from the beginning to the end by providing informations what I need before I start my trip, answering my questions tirelessly, helping in organizing the things what I need to my treatment, providing support .
