"I have no regrets at all that this was the medical team that I chose
The medical team overall was excellent! My surgeon, Dr. Umut Zereyak is awesome and indeed a nice person as well. He is very proficient with his craft and he was always making sure that I understood the plan. He truly cares for me as a patient and that’s what I definitely appreciate. During the days for which I was admitted, the nurses and other staff were so helpful and patient enough to care and to assist with my needs. Language barrier could be a challenge but all of them tried their best to communicate well. Also, the medical coordinators assisted me to the best of their ability. They are knowledgeable, very efficient and communicated really well. I have no regrets at all that this was the medical team that I chose. Highly recommended.

Based on my experience, I would recommend bookimed
From start to end, my experience was excellent. The bookimed.com co-ordinator always stayed incontact with and was happy to answer the many questions i had.
The staff at Medicana were professional, friendly and attentive. The fascilities where i had the procedure done had only been open a few months so, everything was spotless with state of the art equipment.

The head surgeon was very good and professional focusing on get work and the team was disciplined when She was present
The medical team was helpful. There was some inexperiente and unprofessional behwviour among a few of the hair surgeons but the head surgeon was very good and professional focusing on get work and the team was disciplined when She was present. I could not see the rhinoplasty team performing but it seems it went well. I should have asked for the FUE technique, i have not specified it in the requests. The head doctors are professional and helpful even after the surgery.
