I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention I received
I want to share my experience of medical travelling. I travelled to Prague by transport car. I was picked up from my home and taken directly to the Altos Clinic. The journey was very comfortable and fast. The driver was polite and caring, which made the journey even more pleasant.
Upon arrival at the clinic, I was met by the staff who immediately helped me with all the necessary paperwork. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention I received.
Overall, my medical trip to Prague was a success and I was satisfied with both the trip and the quality of treatment.
I particularly liked the staff at the Altos Clinic and the doctor who performed my operation. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the nurse who was with me throughout. She was constantly chatting to me, holding my hand and this gave me confidence and warmth. Her support was invaluable and I felt that she really cared about me.
I would also like to thank the doctor for the wonderful result of the surgery. I am very grateful to everyone who helped me during this important period. Their attention and professionalism made my medical journey more comfortable and successful.
