He started his Surgical Oncology practise in the year 2000 at Nashik and established Curie Manavata Cancer Centre in 2007. He has a vast experience of 19 years and has performed more than 50,000+ cancer surgeries. He has been involved in more than 200 phase 1-3 and investigator initiated clinical trials. He has multiple authorships, International and National publications to his credit. His main area of interest is in Breast and Thoracic Surgical Oncology. Dr. Raj is a professor for DNB Superspecialty Surgical Oncology for Delhi National Board & professor for Breast Surgery at the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS).

Dr. Lalit has done his MBBS from MIMER, Pune and MS from the Prestigious GMC Panaji. Following this, he pursued with fellowship in Surgical Oncology for two years at Tata Medical Centre, Kolkata where he was trained in Onco Surgery with special focus on Gastrointestinal Cancer. He worked as a Co-principal Investigator in multiple original research at Tata Medical Center, Kolkata. After TMC, Kolkata he was an Assistant Professor at State Cancer Institute and Government Cancer Hospital, Aurangabad. In his vast 10 years of surgical experience, he has performed more than 10,000 major surgeries successfully. He has multiple National and International publications. His main interest is in Minimal Invasive Cancer Surgeries with excellent outcomes. He is well known for his patient friendly and ethical approach. 

Dr. Shaunak completed his MD in Internal Medicine from Shyam Shah Medical College, Rewa (2012-15) followed by a Senior Residency in the same department. He worked as Registrar in Medical Oncology in Jawaharlal Nehru Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Bhopal (2016-17) He has completed his DNB, Medical Oncology training from Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi (2017-20).During his Senior Residency, he delivered lectures at the International Winter School of Oncology programme held at AIIMS, Bhopal in 2016 and 2017. He presented his research paper on Stomach Cancer at the elite Gastrointestinal Cancer Symposium organized by American Society of Clinical Oncology at San Francisco in January 2020.He has an interest in the molecular basis of cancer and is well versed in targeted therapies. He is determined to pursue academia and research.
