I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic.
The doctor did not listen to my requests and performed a cartilage graft from my ear without informing me, which was a real shock. The staff showed little interest and treated me more like a case than a person. I was rushed throughout the process, with very little time to recover after surgery.
Although the clinic seemed hygienic, communication was poor — I was promised a French translator, but only an English one was available, and the manager who acted as a translator didn’t have the necessary language skills.
I also paid extra fees for a specific request that was clearly not fulfilled.
And I noticed a clear difference in their attitude once the payment was completed — much less attention and care.
It was honestly the worst experience of my life.
