I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon
I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon.

The operation itself went well
I want to share my experience of the trip. This was my first rhinoplasty I wanted for a long time but could not make up my mind. Let me start from the beginning when I started looking for clinics I accidentally stumbled upon bookimed I was quickly found a clinic, which even alarmed me because I thought it would take me a month or two just to find a doctor. Thanks to Ekaterina who answered all my questions and dispelled my doubts even when I was already connected with the doctor and when I arrived she was still in touch and supported me. As for the staff both in the hotel and in the hospital pleasant polite staff in the hotel many even tried to speak Russian. I also have a daughter and she can not stay without me and travelling together with the child was no problem, it was a big plus. The operation itself went well the operation is done not in the clinic but in the hospital the only thing that confused me I could not provide photos before and after showed only one photo in profile but the doctor explained everything in detail I still decided to trust . It has not been much time since the operation but the first result I am satisfied with I had a large amount of work to correct the nasal septum, remove the hump, and reduce the tip of the nose and so far I like everything I hope to be able to add more comments after complete healing and a big thank you to the girl first.
I liked the staff all tried to help responsive and in the hotel and in the hospital and transfer, the first result after the operation, although it has been a short time the result is still intermediate nose looks neat and natural.
The only thing I didn't like was that they only showed one photo of what the nose would look like afterwards.

Overall my time in Istanbul and Luqman Hekim Hospital was 10/10 and would highly recommend it
Upon Arival To Istanbul i was guided every single way. I was transported to and from hotel and airport. Ismael from the hospital was the highlight of my time spent in Istanbul as he helped each and everything needed. Procedure went smooth and the doctor Salim was amazing. He has the experience and talked me through everything slowly about the surgery. Aftercare was spot on and was assisted by a doctor nearly every hour upon my night stay in hospital. They also assisted my Uncle in getting a Skin Tag Removal procedure which was done within the same day. My uncle was also very happy with how this time in Istanbul was. Overall my time in Istanbul and Luqman Hekim Hospital was 10/10 and would highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

When I had a bleeding which wouldn't stop, I was called back to the hospital and spent another day there, under medical observation. That made me feel safe and very well looked after.
On the operation morning, I found there was a contract ready for me to sign. I wasn't made aware of it beforehand, and it would be more transparent if the contract was made available and sent through some reasonable time before one flying to Istanbul to undertake surgery.

From start to finish communication was great. All my questions were answered promptly. Going to a different country for a major procedure (in my case a rhinoplasty) when you don’t speak the language can be intimidating but in this case it felt like every effort was made for me to understand everything that was happening and I couldn’t be happier with my results and post op care! To say that I was shocked by the doctor's approach to treatment is to say nothing. My impressions to you, just do not wish to experience. The operation was agreed in advance counselling and my wishes. The day of the operation came. In the morning I was picked up from the hotel and with an interpreter, I went through all the analyses. On the question when I will have a meeting with the doctor I was told at 9 am then I pointed out that I am allergic to one drug. But they wouldn't give me any medication before the operation without the doctor's consent. When I was already changed clothes for the operation ( I apologise myself in underwear, in an operating gown ) came the doctor and began to explain to me on his hands that it can not be like this, as I want and he sees it all differently. He began to explain to me with his fingers how it will be. Interrupting the interpreter. The interpreter couldn't keep up with the translation. Hurrying me to make a decision. I replied that I couldn't make a decision without seeing any pictures of what was waiting for me. Then after about an hour of dialogue, the doctor corrected the curvature of my nose on the telephoto in front of me and said here's what awaits you and covered the tip of my nose with his hand. Again we heard my refusal, to which I was told there is no time and I have to make a decision. They told me there was no time and I had to make a decision. My wishes were ignored. What was agreed upon before the operation was changed. My wishes were to correct the curvature and to change and reduce the tip of the nose. The result of the operation is that the curvature was not corrected and the septum remained the same. But the cartilage was grown on the side, which I did not ask for at all, and the nose was visually enlarged and the tip was corrected. Now I'm just shocked with my appearance to say the least. Everything was done at the discretion of the doctor. He ignored all my wishes. Putting me in front of the fact. Without showing me a single photo of what's in store for me. Explaining it to me on my fingers.

I chose Ergein for his surgical skills to carry out a rhinoplasty. I'm so disappointed with the result, I end up with a pig nose that doesn't fit my face very well. I hope it will get better but I'm having a very hard time of it and I'm very disappointed to have had this done. As for my translator, she wasn't there during the consultation to remove the bandages and I felt helpless when I saw the result in the mirror. The operation left me completely ugly.

I liked everything overall. Initially, I was very afraid, starting with the flight to another country, the transfer to the hotel and the operation itself. Which is also very good because the hospital ward is the worst for me. Exactly after a week I took off the splint, my nose was still swollen. The nose is proportional to my face. Many thanks to Bookimed for their services. Prosperity to you. The clinic was good, the interior, cleanliness, etc., everything was fine. The main and biggest plus of the clinic is the surgeon Burak himself. He is a very nice person and an excellent doctor. The staff is friendly, after the operation I was in the clinic under the round-the-clock supervision of nurses. They also left only positive emotions. They fed, cared for, even helped to go to the toilet. They came without a “call” to check if everything was fine. I also want to note that going into anesthesia was quick and pleasant, if I may say so. It's like falling asleep after a hard day - these are the emotions I had when I fell asleep. I also want to note the hotel, not a bad enough hotel and the staff is wonderful. Water, cleaning - everything is as it should be. By the way, there were practically no bruises, only swelling for 1-3 days. Separately, I want to highlight my translator, Ali. I am very glad that it was he who accompanied me, I am extremely grateful. He's a great guy, easy to talk to. He answered all my questions very quickly, even outside business hours. there was only one problem in the organization of the transfer, but it was quickly resolved.

For me, Memorial Antayla is the best hospital in Turkey. The care is phenomenal and better than I've ever had at home . The nursing staff are extremely efficient, and even the support staff are kind and caring. The doctors are really accessible and friendly and will answer any question you have happily. Translator and Coordinator really accessible and very professional. You're just looked after so well, both as an in patient and out patient, so much that I miss being there .

I was totally blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism from the staff and providers at Saluss Medical Group. I had been planing on getting beard transplant done for almost 5 years now but was very skeptical about the process. The cost and the FUT method was somewhat scary. I finally was bold enough to take this leap and did my research. After seeing the price, reviews & results of former Saluss clients. I decided to take the bold step to reach out and consult with Saluss. I spoke over video chat with Selah who was very kind and detailed about what I was to expect. The DHI method plus enriched sold it for me as well as the all inclusive pricing. All I had to do was book my ticket to Turkey. Hotel accommodation, vip airport pickup and drop off service as well as post-op medication all included for no additional charge. Everyone from start to finish was respectable and kind. I brought my family with me also because I wanted it to be a mini vacation and celebrate New Year’s Eve in Antalya with them. The most painful part was the application of local anesthesia but once that was done I was blown away by the coordination in which the care team worked in tandem to extract donor hair grafts and also implant them using the special pen tool. They were very thorough. From sketching out my beard design and lining it up to produce a very natural look, up to the post op follow through and patient education to learn how to take care of the implant and donor site. It was just splendid. As someone who works in the US healthcare system, I can tell you a procedure like the one I did (4000 grafts) would cost anywhere between $4000-$15000 in the states and you still will be charged for post op meds, cost of admission, hotel etc. Plus it’s very hard to find anyone using DHI method in the US currently. I was also provided with a NoMask doctor’s note for my long flight back to the US, and they also helped get me a face shield to wear instead. I can’t thank Saluss Medical group for all they have done. Now ready for the long months of watching out for the results. I will be back with updates when I see the results of the procedure. If you were hesitant before, I can assure you that Saluss is the place to go to for your Hair Transplant procedure. Happy New Year & All the best.
