I am disappointed with my my laser treatment and also the way I was looked after by client . I got laser on my face ,neck and hands to remember my freakles . The pigmentation on my hands and neck is quiet deep but my face wasn't too bad . On a previous visit in there Bursa clinic the doctor used different lasers dependent on the pigment and location . Here the fractional was used for all parts . My face was improved in appearance but my hands and neck are not good . The laser and the application was not good . The doctor went around in straight lines as if had wrinkles but the goal was to target and break up the existing pigmentation . This was not done therefore the results are not good . It was 31 degree outside and the clinic never bothered booking me a taxi home . Patient safety should be a priority this was very disappointing ,I felt once the money was taken over they didn't care about me . Wouldn't go back again after all this drama . The picture below is my photo a week after laser on my hands ,I don't see any improvement.

Narmina, Semra, I hug you, tactful and attentive girls 🥰 Starting from the video consultation, ending with the transfer to the airport, everything was planned and carried out professionally and with soul. Dr. Hakan is a professional with an aesthetic sense and a complete understanding of his patients. There was not a single situation that he did not understand and did not help us understand all the intricacies of development. Many thanks to the doctor for our reincarnation🙏 Pleasantly attentive and careful attitude to their patients, one can feel the experience and philanthropy, which is necessary when working with such a plan. I had 4500 grafts transplanted
Honest review. Preparation before the operation first took place online with the manager (Yulia) . 24/7 in touch, Julia provided assistance in all matters that interest me regarding the operation. Having chosen the date of the operation, having bought tickets, I flew to Istanbul. There I was met by a transfer and taken to the hotel, which, accordingly, was reserved even earlier for me. The hotel is 5 stars, the room is very decent. Polite staff. Breakfast is also included. The next day, the operation (hair transplant) in the morning a car comes for me and we go to the clinic. First, I sign an agreement and they take a blood test from me. The haircut is already in the clinic, photographs are taken (as it was before and after) and we proceed to the operation itself. The clinic looks ordinary, not to say that it is super clean or very dirty. And now it's time for the operation itself. I will call it Turkish series. During the whole operation, employees talk about everything in the world. If only I had a couple more days like this and I would have learned Turkish (and this all happens above your head (30 cm). Anyone could come into the office at that time and some other doctors, employees, cleaning lady. The doctors themselves allow themselves to pick up the phone, talk. And this is all during the operation. Singing songs. Discussing series. Family problems. At some point, I would not be surprised if friends with a barbecue came to them, started making a barbecue, brought a toastmaster and played a wedding there. What can I say .... Turks (but in general, nice guys) I accepted it all, because I was worried about one thing - a good result. I had 4500 grafts transplanted. Now it’s too early to say, since only 10 days have passed after the transplant. I will write the 2nd review when there will be a 100% result. I was put on an almost tight bandage on the place of the donor zone, and taken to the hotel. The 2nd day is a rest. Having received all the recommendations, I of course (did not listen) and walked all day around Istanbul. On the 2nd day after the operation, I strongly recommend as much as possible o walk less. And then later you will look as if your head has been in evidence with bees. Strong puffiness. And the body really needs rest. 3rd day check out from the hotel, control head washing and then transfer to the airport. Everything is simple here, I checked out, they came and took me and took me to the clinic. They washed my hair (first lotion, then shampoo) and told in detail how it would be done at home and further care. They also gave lotion and shampoo as a gift)))) this procedure took half an hour maximum. And the last stage is transfer to the airport. The manager is in touch to the last, even after arriving home. This is not so that you came, paid - did the operation and you are no longer interesting to anyone. Attention, help, support at a high level) I recommend

But despite everything and the fact that Soho was the only one who asked for an advance payment before the operation, I did it! The operation took place on January 31, 2022! Behind almost 7 months! Thank you very much to Madame Sophia, she personally received us and supervised the operation itself. Thanks to the two doctors who performed the operation, unfortunately I did not ask the names. I am very incredulous, very much. I checked everything, looked after everything. Yes, the operation is painful, you need to understand this and know what you are doing. I came with my son and did not regret it. Care and participation are essential, as I have once again become convinced how much men are intolerant of pain. The payment was agreed in advance, back in Russia, there were no surprises. I was offered to buy more cosmetics for the care of transplanted hair for a year, I bought and Madame Sophia advised the pills, they cost a penny. This is already our choice. We had a little more than 3,000 grafts transplanted at a cost of $ 1,800. This includes the services of an interpreter (she was on the day of the operation), four days and three nights of hotel and breakfast. Good and friendly staff, met and went straight to all necessary lab tests. Breakfast is included in the check-up. We had to wait a bit for answers from doctors and laboratory. Cafe, toilets, lifts all within easy reach. Recommend. Next year we will also go for check-ups for both children and adults.
