I got a DHI hair transplant from Medical Promise. The medical team was great from the beginning until the end. Dr. Hassan performed my operation and he has 7 years of experience. The transplant took about 6-8 hours and although it was a bit uncomfortable, it was not too bad. It has only been a few days but the hair transplant looks great so far and the scabs/redness are healing quick. There was mild pain for the first couple days, but it went away rather quick with the medication procided. The other medical staff were very kind and helpful from the beginning too. The translator was very nice too. Dr. Shoaib, who is the clinic manager was also very accomodating throughout the process. Abdullah was the the person who I have to thank the most as he was assisting me with everything I needed during my stay in Turkey. He answered any questions I had about pre and post operation and really took care of me. He also went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable at all times. He arranged transfers for anywhere I needed to go and he took us on a personal tour of Istanbul himself. Overall, definitely a full 5 star rating and I would recommend Medical Promise for anyone who wants a hair transplant done from a trustworthy clinic with highly experienced medical staff who will assist you with anything you need.

I am grateful to bookmed for helping me choose a clinic. Everything that was promised was fulfilled in full! We were met and organised everything very efficiently in terms of time. The interpreter Akilai was very good, she solved all our queries and questions very quickly and was available 24/7. Dr Hakan - hair transplant and Dr Ibrahim Renoseptoplasty are very competent. I would like to mention Dr Hakan in particular, he was very attentive, friendly and open, explained everything and took care of us...The doctors did a great job and now everything depends on how carefully their recommendations will be followed during the rehabilitation period.

The hair transplant procedure was carried out at a high professional level. The medical staff was attentive to every stage - from counselling to post-operative care. The hotel is 4 stars, the room is good but overlooking the window of the room opposite, breakfasts mediocre, at check-in required a deposit of $ 100, which did not tell the staff of the clinic (but all promptly decided and settled me without a deposit, this is an obvious plus). The name of the clinic is not Adam and Eve, but Scala. The procedure is very heavy anaesthesia local and very painful, and from the middle and to the end of the procedure, painkillers are not administered and the whole head hurts very much. The doctor hardly appears during the procedure, the whole operation is carried out by young assistants. The interpreter is not always nearby and you have to communicate with the staff in English. From the documents they provide a certificate for the transplanted grafts and a receipt of payment, do not wait for the contract. My wife made a surprise - a trip to Turkey and a hair transplant. I found out about this within a few hours. I liked the clinic. We met at the airport. True, there was a tire puncture and we sold it in about 40 minutes. We were given 5 stars. Quite good with a good breakfast. It is not located in the very center, but getting there by taxi is no problem. About 20 minutes. The transplant took about 6 hours. First, they take blood for analysis. AIDS and all that. Then they shave. Next, a lot of anesthesia is injected into the donor area. 30 injections. More unpleasant than painful. Then they begin to shave and pull out the follicles. They said they took 4500. I didn’t count. Next, about 30 injections into the transplant area. Well, they start planting follicles like mushrooms. It feels like you're piercing cardboard with a pen. No pain. Between procedures they provide excellent food. Then bandage and go home. This is the most unpleasant and painful topic an hour before the end. The painkillers began to wear off and this was much worse than the injections themselves. But everything is tolerable. Childbirth is probably more painful. I liked everything except the woman doctor. She addressed me not as a patient, but as a bad boss addressing a subordinate. Always twice, but that was enough for me. "Mister, stand up!" the tone of the German officer is not exactly what I would like to hear. But the translator Olga worked 200%. She still supervises me and is always in touch. The director is a great guy. By the way, the assistant is also great. I recommend the clinic. The wife is smart. A good choice and most importantly, they didn’t try to bully me about the need for two trips for an amount many times more than I paid. I will see the result only in a year. In the meantime, only 12 days have passed. And, for the first time, it will be very difficult to sleep on your back. It's not a dream. You need to make sure you don’t scratch your head, lie down on it, and so on. But it's worth it. Good luck.

Everything went quite well....first of all, of course, thanks to the girl Natalia Bruyaka, who was always in touch and helped solve all the questions that I had along the way...Thank you very much to her for her timely and quick help on throughout the entire period... Everything was organized well... we were met at the airport, a VIP transfer, a black Mercedes, the driver, unfortunately, I don’t remember his name - a great guy, just an ace, took him to the hotel... Everything in the hotel super, 5 stars, good finishing, excellent staff, we were accommodated on the 8th floor, with a beautiful view of the city.... The next day we arrived at the clinic... They paid there, and without delay, they invited us to the operating room... The team is excellent , young guys and girls, cheerful and relaxed, (they even sang songs during the transplant)... the transplant went quite quickly, they got it done in 5 hours, because the people know their stuff, they are all true professionals, both the doctor and the guy, who drew the hair line, and the girls who were assistants....Everything is at the highest level..The transplant itself is painless, only at the very beginning, when the painkiller was administered, it was a little painful, but it lasted about 10 minutes.. In general, I am satisfied with the transplant itself , I hope that the result will not be good, we’ll see in a year.. Then we were taken back to the hotel, and I spent that day in the room, did not go anywhere.... The next day I had a rest day, and the hotel staff organized a tour for us to the historical center of Istanbul... We had a great time there, and a day later they took me back to the clinic, showed me and washed my hair, and the ace driver took us to the airport... Bottom line: without much strain, I had a hair transplant and my wife and I had a great time in Istanbul, trying different dishes, making excursions and having the opportunity to shop...
