My Mum had a neurological check-up. We are very grateful that finally the problem with headaches has been solved! For more than two years, doctors of clinics in Europe and Ukraine, could not solve this issue, prescribing antidepressants, etc. Arrived at the clinic at 8:50 am, without delay was provided, very nice interpreter Irada. We promptly took analyses, MRI, ultrasound, consultation with a competent neurologist who paid attention to the problem that was causing the headaches for a long time. Appointed the right treatment with a positive result! Attention from the clinic also deserves a special thanks, Mum and her husband were fed a delicious lunch! I have nothing negative to say about our experience and nothing more to ask
The overall treatment was very good, though, some medical attendants could be a bit more empathetic and caring. But overall, I'll use this service again in future. I particularly love the atmosphere and environment. Location was far from where we were but okay all the same. The treatment took the whole day and waiting was a bit tiring, but I can understand why this is. I would prefer to have it done in one day, than spread it over two or three days. Our guide was very good, though is grasp of the language was not great but his attitude more than compensated. I have nothing negative to say about our experience and nothing more to ask, besides, I'll like a follow-up, especially on pending results.

I have received outstanding service. From very beginning to the end, no unpleasant surprises. I came to this clinic for a specific reason as my Australian doctors kept saying that I have no issues and year on year I went through medical checks and nothing has been discovered. Hissar hospital medical check identified many things and gastrointerogist is next level all together. All Doctors are amazing, high standard and very attentive. One of my translators Aikerim had medical background, therefore understanding of medical interpretation was a breeze.

I’ll start from the very arrival in Istanbul: firstly, the meeting person was 40 minutes late when the airport drove us back, the driver was almost late for an hour, we barely managed to get on the plane, of course there’s a big minus, but the transfer from the hotel to the clinic and back within 3 days was provided on time, which is very good. The recommendations for the clinic are as follows: it is necessary to organize an unhindered and quick examination process. For example, we examined the whole family of 2 adults, 2 children, signed up in advance, but we spent 3 days instead of the planned 1 day and this is only a gastrointestinal examination. We give one analysis / examination, then we wait until the turn comes to another office, and so for 3 whole days. If the clinic claims to be international, then it is clear that patients will be from different parts of the world, and every day of their stay this time and money, so they need to make the process continuous for the patient. They should be “sharpened” at the reception of foreigners quickly and efficiently, this should be a separate direction in the clinic, and not between affairs. For example, I had experience in a clinic in South Korea, they sent everything to me at the hotel in advance: a questionnaire, instructions, etc. Upon arrival at the clinic, I went through all the rooms within a few hours, and then after waiting a little I got the results in Russian, which is the basis for questions to the doctor who advises you. In Medicana, some of the tests that were received at the time of the consultation with the doctor were only in Turkish, in this case, what questions can I have for the doctor? what to discuss with him? If the clinic really claims to be international, English should be a priori. I asked for them in English, but they said it would also take time. Most of the results said will be in a week, then they will translate into English. Now the problems are for me, when they will give me the results and appointments, get them in Bishkek and how then to buy medicines in Istanbul and bring them to Bishkek. For 3 days, I left almost $ 4,500 for examinations in the clinic and I believe that the quality of the services and the service do not correspond to the price.

My husband and I thought that the $800 price included a gastrointestinal check-up, but this was only an endoscopy, then she asked us to undergo an ultrasound, an MRI and a blood test, which ultimately more than doubled the price. Therefore, Alexander, I hope he has a medical education, needs to very clearly explain to clients what exactly is included in the price and approximately how much it might cost in case of additional tests. We initially asked for his package on the gastrointestinal tract and he provided prices at the Liv clinic, then we asked him for a cheaper clinic, and he suggested Medicana, but did not clarify that $800 was only for endoscopy. As a result, we got $1,450 for each, which is basically almost the same as what we were initially offered in Anadolu ($1,400).

I came to Anadolu on recommendation. I had a check-up and a few specialists who were not included in the check-up. The service was excellent. Timely tansfer, no unnecessary waiting. There were no issues related to language barrier. The coordinator Zahida, always on the phone, anticipated all possible questions. Saida, a wonderful girl, accompanied us and translated. Thanks to them, the check-up was finished one day earlier than the estimated time. It is very difficult to go through such a number of procedures and examinations in our country in 2 days. But here everything is perfectly organised and technically equipped. I got a lot of answers to my questions. I thank the clinic staff and doctors for their professional, qualified and attentive approach to patients!

Our coordinators are not responding to us, no one is responding, we paid the nutritionist for a month in the clinic, but for a month now no one has heard a word, although I write to the 2nd coordinators I don’t understand what the problem is, plus my mother’s complications from drugs prescribed by the cardiologist but the doctor warned and said that if this happens then contact her through the coordinators, but so far (for 3 weeks) none of them have answered yet, to be honest, I don’t understand what the problem is, they themselves in the clinic said cordially that we are in contact with doctors through them now none of them answer.

For my examination (thyroid biopsy) and Health Check Up, I was offered the Memorial Clinic (Istanbul) Memorial - A wonderful clinic, with world-class medical equipment and highly qualified, experienced doctors. The clinic provided me with a transfer to/from the airport. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was met by the coordinator-interpreter Lale, who was constantly with me all days during my examination and helped not only communicate with the doctors, but was also constantly in touch and resolved all my questions during a visit to the clinic. Despite the fact that there are a lot of patients in the clinic, all procedures and examinations were carried out on time, according to the previously provided schedule. Memorial Clinic truly provides world-class medical services. Thank you very much for your work and responsiveness! 🙏

This is my third visit to Memorial, and this time I am unpleasantly surprised by the organization and quality of services. In order: 1. Meeting at the airport: a leaflet with an indication of the person who meets “Memorial” was placed on the airport post, none of the Memorial employees got in touch, and the wait for the car took more than 40 minutes. 2. On the day of the examination, delivery from the hotel to the clinic was not organized. The day before, there was an agreement that the car would arrive at 9:00, went out in advance and waited 25 minutes, after which they contacted the manager, who explained the absence of the car with a significant workload and offered to call a taxi and come by themselves. As a result, we arrived at the Memorial at almost 10:00. 3. I didn’t like the quality and attitude of the staff during the survey: 3.1. at the reception at the mammologist, my wife stood undressed to the waist, and the nurse invited the male translator to enter the office without warning (!!!!!!). 3.2. At the appointment with the urologist in the office without my permission, there were two more people, in addition to the doctor and the translator !!!! All the doctor's recommendations were superficial: not to hypothermia, regular sex and an active lifestyle. Was that why I went to the Memorial ??? Doctors in Russia told me this! 3.3. There was a feeling that the entire examination for 1440 euros, for information, for 4 people, boiled down to recommendations to undergo additional treatment with them, for example: 3.3.1. according to the analyzes of the gynecologist, an infection was detected and it was proposed to hand over an extended urine test for 416 lire for a surcharge. The analysis was submitted, in the end, no one reported the result of the analysis, until we ourselves began to ask questions. When the manager realized that we would not come for a subsequent paid visit, the answer was that the analysis was in order. 3.3.2. the ophthalmologist strongly recommended that my mother have an operation at his memorial, offering a recording. 4. In addition to the organization: 4.1. For the whole day, we could not go through all the paid doctors (bone mass for women and a therapist), despite the fact that we refused to be examined by a dentist. We were offered to come the next day for an additional examination. Only on urgent request, we were received by a therapist from another department. Conclusion: I categorically do not recommend the memorial for examination. With a price / quality ratio, it does not stand up to scrutiny.
