The Bookimed website helped us a lot. Everything was great, a nice and very helpful girl called Victoria was very helpful. The interpreter, the taxi and the clinic that was recommended to us were all top notch. We were met at the airport and brought to the clinic. The doctors are good and experienced. Bookimed.com is a very good platform, and I am happy that I have found this platform. About my experience it wasnt what I was expecting, not for bookimed fault, but mostly from hospital, medical staff and assistants. Somehow I can sum it up as I was part of a very strange experience, where everything is beautiful in words, but not in reality. In the end all I have are words, maybe a little improvement on my health condition - but not a real fix, and no documents at all about my medical treatment.
