If in my youth I had been given dental treatment by such specialists whom I met at the DENTAGLOBAL clinic (Turkey, Izmir), then I would not have had fear and constant anxiety during treatment, and I could have avoided the problems that I had, and over time, worsened due to the fact that not all dentists performed the treatment correctly and efficiently. But my beliefs, formed as a result of my previous negative experience, that dental treatment is painful, not very high quality and not always honest, changed dramatically after the first stage of treatment at the DENTAGLOBAL clinic, during which the implantation of the upper jaw was performed along All-on-4 system, as well as 2 implants in the lower jaw. I chose the country and the clinic for treatment for a long time, and I am glad that I was not mistaken. I am grateful for the high professionalism, attentiveness, friendliness of the doctors who, after the diagnosis, determined the optimal plan for my treatment and operated on me - Mert Yuce, Meltem Yuce, as well as the doctor for temporary prosthetics - Alev Mutlu. The DENTAGLOBAL clinic provided a quality service at a good price. The cost of treatment included: diagnostics, consultations, implantation, repeated X-ray, all necessary medicines, temporary prosthetics, hotel accommodation, transfer airport-hotel-airport and hotel-clinic-hotel, etc. At the same time, some of the listed items were provided free of charge . It is necessary to note the absolute transparency and honesty of the management and employees of the clinic when compiling the price list of treatment, as well as the provision by the clinic of significant discounts. In the clinic during my treatment there were many patients from different countries. Due to the fact that the logistics were at a high level, the treatment was carried out comfortably and without delay. A very important factor during treatment is the patient's communication with doctors and other specialists, during which not only the main, but also minor, but no less important, details of the treatment are clarified. I do not know Turkish and do not speak English to the extent that I can tell the doctors everything they need, as well as understand the much needed feedback. But thanks to the translator provided by the clinic, Lyudmila, who received her university education in Turkey and is fluent in Turkish, I had a complete understanding with the doctors and with the clinic staff. Lyudmila constantly accompanied me in the clinic: during all procedures, consultations, during the entire operation, which lasted more than 3 hours, as well as during other organizational issues. On her recommendation, I saw, in my free time from treatment, the ancient city of Ephesus (located near Izmir), which is one of the seven wonders of the world of the ancient world. I thank all the clinic staff, drivers, my curator Ezgi for their attention and kindness. In 6 months, the second - the final stage of my treatment - the installation of zirconium crowns and veneers will take place. I look forward to this stage, the results of which I will also share. I recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to do everything qualitatively, get a good result and feel comfortable during the treatment. It is so important for the patient to be able to communicate with the manager at any time: to talk, consult, discuss personal issues and possible risks. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Before finding you, I had experience communicating with two organizations that provide services in the field of medical tourism, but unfortunately, commerce and the desire to sell specific specialists without options is alarming and does not inspire confidence at all. On the other hand, I’m even glad that I had such a short communication experience, especially since I was able to evaluate the capabilities of Bookimed! I understand that for the reader my review may be similar to an ode of praise, but as they say, “you can’t erase words from a song.”))) Therefore, I can only continue to talk about how it was in my specific case. Thanks to the Khizar clinic for a luxurious spacious room with floor-to-ceiling windows, an additional sofa for visitors, as well as delicious meals three times a day. It would seem difficult to surprise us with high-quality Turkish service in a hotel, but when your stay in the clinic is exactly the same as in a hotel, it is much more valuable at a time when you are absolutely alone in a foreign country and your physical capabilities are temporarily limited. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail: it so happened that I arrived for the operation unaccompanied, with a small backpack. This was extremely important for me: everything I could need was provided or was already available in my favorite room opposite the reception. The operation was scheduled for the afternoon, so the most difficult time was at night. The nurse who was on night duty did a tremendous job and until 6 am did everything as required according to the protocol after the operation. Yes, you can say, how could it be otherwise, you paid the money and it should be so, but you and I know very well that no one has canceled the human factor, and patients in this state after surgery cannot always read carefully in English doctor's recommendation language. Therefore, I send rays of love to this Great Man!!! Every 40 minutes He applied cold compresses, fed me even at night, and then took me for a walk along the long corridor of the clinic. This is an invaluable experience for me, not only because it is important for rehabilitation and health, but also for my personal faith in people. Low bow to the doctor for his professionalism, ability to listen to the patient and a high-quality operation. I would also like to thank Gulshirin Beshimova for the opportunity to make my stay in Turkey as comfortable as possible. Just as theater begins with a coat rack, so in my case Istanbul greeted me with a friendly smile from the driver and a luxurious car. It is impossible not to mention Alpay. I’ve been driving for 20 years, but I’ve never seen anyone pay such attention to the car and the passengers sitting in the back seat: TV, music from all over the world, water of different temperatures, drinks, napkins, a footrest for comfortable feet, and even a fresh bouquet of herbs to scent the salon! Thank you very much to all the staff of the YEG clinic. Attentive attitude to the patient during the whole time of treatment and preparation for it and even later on returning home. The staff is very friendly and responsive to any question. The clinic is superbly equipped with new equipment. I was very satisfied, the interpreter was always there to answer any questions I had. The experienced dental surgeon, anaesthetist, therapist and all the medical staff worked smoothly and I am very happy with the result. Removing 7 teeth and placing 6 implants with two sinus lifts in one appointment was a great experience. Of course I was worried about how long it would take to recover from such a huge facial intervention, but after a while I can see how well everything is going. Thank you so much for the surgery and the pain medication and advice on healing. The swelling and bruising went away in 2-3 weeks. The stitches dissolved after 30 days and nothing hurts. Now the implants are fully engrafted and I am already picking up tickets to return in 6 months for crowns. My best recommendation in choosing a clinic.

The clinic was modern and clean. I had an interpreter with me the whole time or at least someone who spoke English. The staff was very attentive to my questions, need, and concerns. The entire hotel and transport package made it very easy to cope with having a medical procedure in a foreign country. I also like that the journey did not end once I got on the plane and left. They are still checking on my progress and accessing my results via videos and photos online. I would definitely recommend this clinic and go back for my additional needs.
