If I had a choice, I would contact the same surgeon and the same clinic
I had plastic surgery on the upper and lower eyelids. I can describe my experience as follows: an absolute feeling of safety and comfort throughout the provision of the service. Compassionate staff, talented surgeon, modern equipment and techniques. And subsequent support, which is also very important. If I had a choice, I would contact the same surgeon and the same clinic. On the upper eyelids the seams are very neat, on the lower eyelids I couldn’t find them at all. Nida🌼 was a godsend
I thought the doctor did an amazing job, and Nida🌼 was a godsend, but Sema was a terrible communicator and did not give me correct information many times. She said the shuttle was on its way, and we had to wait two hours before the Shuttle even came her translation skills are less than par, but overall, I was happy with the doctor and luckily I had Nida🌼

My coordinator Marsela, went above and beyond to research the perfect Doctor and accommodate with all of her request for the best Doctor. She always answered my questions and followed up when needed.
My surgery coordinators Zeynep and Hisham were amazing and followed up and Hisham was there in person from the pre-op to post op and both were there 24 hours a day when I needed them or just to make sure I was doing good following my surgery.
Dr. Emre Ozenalp is a very skilled surgeon and is amazing.
The cuts he made I will have little scarring due to being a skilled surgeon. Dr. Emre and his Nurses followed up everyday to check on my status. He’s Nurses are amazing and we’re very compassionate since I am a very modest person. I would highly recommend Bookimed, my surgery coordinators, and Dr. Emre and his Nurses. I am very amazed and super excited about my outcome of my surgery. My amazing husband who was by my side the whole and supported my decision was absolutely amazed and thanked Dr. Emre for the amazing work he did on my tummy tuck. I asked for help in getting massages and they helped with that which is where the additional cost came from. I also had a massage for general pain from a nurse, which was a little out of their scope but they were happy to oblige.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at the hospital . None of the staff spoke English, which made it nearly impossible to communicate my concerns and questions. To make matters worse, they refused to accept card payments, and instead, they provided third-party payment details, which raised a huge financial red flag for me.
To add insult to injury, I was required to pay a deposit of $200 in cash, which I later found out was non-refundable. This is completely unfair and unacceptable. It left me feeling both financially and emotionally distressed, and I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone. Clear communication and fair payment practices are fundamental aspects of any healthcare facility, and this hospital failed miserably in both regards.
In addition to the communication and payment issues, I must mention that the hospital was located in a completely unsuitable area for tourists. This made the overall experience even more distressing. Visitors to a foreign country expect medical facilities to be accessible and accommodating, but this hospital was situated in a place that made it extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable for travelers. It's an important factor to consider for anyone planning to visit the area and needing medical care.

Honestly, my surgeon (Dr Atilla Eyuboglu) was amazing, he was experienced and empathetic. The nurses were lovely and supported me throughout my recovery. The translator went above and beyond and arranged all my transport and answered all my questions. My experience has been amazing and I’m in love with the results of my breast augmentation! The surgeon listened to me and they look amazing. I was initially worried going abroad, but I’m glad I did my experience was so positive and worry free. Even down to arranging the appointment through bookimed, they would chase things up for me and support me through booking it. I have already recommended this process and hospital to friends, and would definitely go back again!

Firstly, the clinic is not called Mavidenta, it’s called VSC clinic. And after doing some research it’s also known under a few other names. The first day i waited 6 hours for an xray. If you transfer payment, expect to have multiple staff hounding you all day everyday until the payment clears their account. Even if you provide receipts they want you to transfer AGAIN. That is, they want you to pay twice. And then still expect you to withdraw from an ATM and pay cash. The hotel staff were nice, but it was extremely basic accomodation, tiny room, in a very Turkish district without shops or restaurants and no one speaks english. When the dentist shaves your teeth and you have very limited ability to eat anything, expect to go hungry. I went without food for 3 days and no one tells you whats going on. Just late night visits to the clinic to wait for hours every time. I felt like they were holding my teeth to ransom even though i provided proof of payment. I actually felt they were trying to scam me. My quote included 7 nights accomodation but the hotel said only 5 nights are paid for. The clinic ignored me every time i questioned this. In hindsight, i should've done more research and chosen a better place. I let the booking agent recommend the dentist and that was a big mistake. Ive been made to feel as though i cant contact them if any issues arise in the future. Guarantee or no guarantee. They are all about the money and clients are just numbers.
No I DO NOT recommend Mavidenta. Overall, it was a very stressful, painful week and i would not do it again.
