Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process.
At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.

Every aspect was pre-arranged, airport pick-up/drop-off, private cars to appointments. The Dr and his assistant showed a high level of expertise. No staffing issues in the operating theatre or for the follow up care. I was sceptical having arranged this all via whatsapp, but it worked perfectly. 100% recommended.

The clinic and doctors work professionally
It was necessary to clean wax from one ear. As a result, for only $150 I received a consultation with an ENT professor, cleaning of both ears, and an additional examination of my nose and throat. The clinic and doctors work professionally, however, it was not possible to use the services of a translator into Russian at the reception, since the translator was too busy, but the doctors speak excellent English.

In July 2022, she had a consultation, examination and surgery at the Memorial Clinic. I thank the staff of the clinic, Professor Ilknur Bayraktar and, of course, the Bukmed team represented by Maria and translator Gulzar for their professionalism. Everything went smoothly. So, the worst thing that can happen is getting injured while you're on a family vacation. I was debating on flying to another country to do the operation as Turkey can be quite expensive but I was lucky enough to stumble across this website. My consultant found me a hospital with exactly what I needed and within the budget I said I could afford.
From the moment I arrived at the hospital I was greeted with hospitality and kindness. This place had a much better price than some of the other top hospitals I visited with much better quality of care.
They provided a lady who was very nice who translated for me and the nurses were all very helpful and very quick to help me with anything I needed.
My doctor, Dr. Sadiq Shakiliyev fixed my hernia within just two days of our first appointment. Did an excellent job with my surgery and I just got out of the hospital today and I'm already walking.
I'm from Canada and this is some of the best healthcare I've ever seen and experienced.
Best decision I made was to come to this hospital. I'm very impressed and so happy that it all worked out using bookimed. I was skeptical at first but it's 100 percent legit and reliable.

Hello, we are from Kazakhstan. Came here for diagnosis and treatment of my son. We really liked the clinic. Neurologist Barış Metin explained everything to us in detail. We learned a lot about my son's illness. My son has hydrocephalus and even after the tests we found out that he has epilepsy, the VP-shunt works at an accelerated rate, so my son did not develop. Now we are receiving treatment. We hope it helps insha Allah. I also liked the staff, especially the translators, I forgot the names, but one of them even knows the Kazakh language. It was super convenient. My husband and I traveled from New Zealand to both get eye lens replacement surgery. From the start we have had print and effient communication. With every question answered. We were picked up from the airport, taken to hotel, then the same day at our request taken to the hospital for our appointment. Two days later we were in having eye surgery again with pick ups and drop offs.
