I had a stomach reduction with Dr. Batman. I can only recommend this Dr. and the Hisar Hostel. I was very pleasantly surprised. I must admit that I had moments of doubt, of fear that they did not comply with the sanitary measures or that there might be a problem. But the whole process from start to finish was excellent. The hospital has nothing to envy to the best private hospitals in Spain, the experience and professionalism of the Doctor has been unbeatable, I had been given good references from Spain (other great bariatric doctors). And the most important thing is that they are very involved in helping you to make sure that everything goes well, even after the operation, once the year of follow-up starts. The only problem I have, which I think they need to improve, and which I saw in other opinions before deciding to go for it, is that you ask for a translator in Spanish and he never appears. In my case I speak English, but I was accompanied by my mother who doesn't speak any English and I would have appreciated having a Spanish translator at times when I was dazed by the medication. If it were necessary they should offer it, even at an extra cost. I would have paid for it

Thanks to my wonderful translator Elmira - she has become a real support. Special thanks to my coordinator Bakhtygul - she organized everything as comfortably and professionally as possible. I am extremely pleased that I chose this clinic for such an important step in my life! There is a very friendly and helpful staff, they are always there 24 by 7 and will help you with everything you need (moving around the hospital, support, bring water if you are unable to go for it yourself, make your condition as easy as possible after the operating room, help you take a shower if you need help, comb and braid you hair, they will definitely hold you senile, help you call a taxi to the airport or hotel, tell you what you can visit in Istanbul if you plan to stay there) a wonderful doctor and his assistant came every day and checked my condition, answered all the questions I asked, explained how to cope with problems if they arise. It's been 5 weeks since the operation, I have minus 12 kg and constant support from the clinic. They are super recommended to everyone!!!

Everything was perfect. My personal driver met me at the airport and took me to the clinic in a luxury car. At the clinic I was met by the coordinator - interpreter Ismail. He helped me to get registered at the clinic and set preliminary analyses. The next day there was another coordinator - interpreter. She helped me through the remaining procedures before surgery. Many people come with an accompanying family member (mum, sister, husband) I came alone. So my coordinator sat with me in the room after surgery all day until I fully recovered, talking to me. All the days after the operation, the coordinators came several times a day to ask about my condition and my needs. All the doctors are very nice and attentive. All the staff, nurses, orderlies and other clinic staff are all very caring and nice. The ward is large and spacious. It has a toilet and a shower. There is a cupboard for personal belongings and a TV set. Meals are provided several times a day. The menu differs depending on the operation and some people can make their own diet. I want to thank everyone who participated in my treatment, thank you! everything went super, on the 4th day I was already walking a lot, now the 10th day, I feel good, I was 124.3 today 116.8, this is 10 days, I have no regrets, the room was great, the staff was polite, and the doctor is a real kind man, it is very nice that you were operated by such an experienced and tolerant doctor, I am very happy.THANK YOU😘

From the beginning the process was adapted to my needs: flight dates and availability. In only 2 weeks everything was already organised and programmed. The fact that they gave me the planning by days helped a lot, apart from the personalised assistance I received from the coordinator and the dietician. They were able to answer my questions and doubts very quickly and accurately. They did everything in such a way that it didn't seem complicated at all. One day I had all the necessary tests, the next day I was operated on, another 3 days in hospital and that was it. The day of the surgery was a bit tough but the other 3 days were very bearable, with enough painkillers and plenty of saline solution. The day before the surgery, in the personal interview with the doctor, they gave me as much information as possible and cleared up any doubts, so I already knew beforehand what the process would be. The hospital staff helped a lot to make my experience a pleasant and positive one. I don't know if it could have been improved in any way, so I rate this experience a 10 out of 10.

My decision to go to this clinic was spontaneous, I had not read reviews anywhere else but this resource, and I was very lucky. I was lucky to find in a foreign country, in a city I had never been to, professionals from hospitality to medical staff. Attentive accompanying interpreter, quick diagnosis and examination - and my tiny doubts were as if there were no doubts.
