Hi, I'm Cella, and I’m living in Bali, Indonesia. I’d like to share an honest review based on my experience of finding a medical coordinator, a doctor, and a hospital for my case. I was recently diagnosed with an ovarian cyst and stage 4 endometriosis, which required surgery as soon as possible. I was initially hospitalized in Bali, but the doctor there suggested I look for a better-equipped hospital as they didn’t have the necessary facilities to perform my surgery. It wasn’t easy to find the right care on a small island like Bali. Thankfully, my best friend helped me connect with a medical manager from Bookimed. That’s how we found Alisher, the medical manager and Prof. Dr. A Cem Iyibozkurt from Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul. We arranged an online consultation with the doctor, which was free of charge, I already have all my medical records and MRI results before an online consultation, I’ve prepared everything to speed up the process. and within a week, they scheduled my laparoscopic robotic surgery. Alisher did an excellent job coordinating everything, and I couldn’t be happier with him. Prof. Dr. Cem Iyibozkurt is an amazing doctor, highly experienced, and well-known for his expertise in the field. The hospital itself was fantastic—the nurses and staff took great care of me. I’m really grateful for the smooth process, and I highly recommend them to anyone who may be in a similar situation and looking for this kind of care and has similar situation as mine.

The first time they flew to the clinic for a checkup back in March. And already at the end of May they flew in for an operation. Literally half a day to prepare for the operation, hospitalization early in the morning, European-level ward (5 star hotel). They brought a bathrobe and slippers. I just managed to put on the issued stockings, and I was already invited to the operation. The operation took 4 hours, brought immediately to the ward. Well, as usual, a departure from anesthesia, but by the evening she was already moving around. She stayed in the hospital for 2 days after the operation. This is constant monitoring by medical, middle and junior staff. There are many translators, which is very convenient. They fed not only me, but also my husband, who was nearby. Water, tea and coffee were constantly replenished. Discharged 2 days after the operation. So far so good, I'm following the doctor's recommendations. I think I made the right choice by choosing this clinic. I recommend to everyone.

After much deliberation, I chose the Hisar Intercontinental Hastanesi clinic and was very pleased. The organization of the trip from Bookimed was at the highest level, constant contact and consultation. The clinic has excellent, qualified, responsive staff, a cozy and comfortable room. Translator Nigar was provided - responsive and attentive. Ayşe Akbulut, a wonderful and talented doctor, is very grateful to her for the jewelry operation she performed. I recommend!

This was the best spirit lead Decision I ever made in my life the doctor took a lot of his time to explain to me the decision I was going to make and he made sure I understood the pros and cons. He also made sure I know that he is confident and knows what he was doing. I feel 100 times better

Hello everybody. Thanks to the Clinic for a successful operation. To the Neurosurgeon Mustafa Onaz and Professor Gohan. We are diagnosed with Brain cancer, the last stage, malignant. The tumor was twice as large. They saved my husband's life. Masha Allah. The operation was 8-9 hours. they deleted everything, I consider this a record. It was a difficult operation. Well done.
