I had a Rhinoplasty done. Everything went on well. Starting from a driver picking up from the airport. Communication throughout between representative and myself was without any delays. Representative was able to give/find the answers within appropriate time frame. The surgeon was very friendly and was happy to answer all of he questions. The hospital was clean. Hospital staff were friendly and always had smile on their faces. Hotel was acceptable. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely. Some of the mail staff would benefit from being a little more friendly. In general had a great experience.

I liked everything about the clinic from arrival to departure Very attentive doctor and medical staff, excellent interpreter, whatever requests and questions I had, they were solved immediately. I had the great pleasure of going through Dr Derya Bingol and her team. Initially, I was in contact with the office manager Hulya and her communication level and support was surreal. She provided all the information and was very thorough every time. Once I was in Turkey, Hulya picked me up and took me to all my appointments before meeting Dr Derya. I specifically chose a female Dr as I felt more comfortable but also because her reviews were amazing online. Dr Derya did not disappoint, she went through the procedure and was measuring everything up and explaining to me exactly her thought process to completing the surgery. She cared and wanted the results to be as perfect as humanly possible. The results were amazing and was above my expectations. The follow up and care factor was just as amazing as the reviews had mentioned. From the bottom of my heart, I would love to thank Dr Derya and her wonderful team for their support and the results.

I liked the ease of getting things in order for surgery. I had any question I had answered in a timely manor. The translator was very helpful and personable. I never had to worry about getting a question answered or a response from my assistant. The dr was amazing and very professional and great expertise. The only thing I was uncomfortable with is the pain. I’m considered by several drs to have a high pain tolerance and I was in a lot of pain. Let’s consider though I did have multiple surgeries but they are very stingy with any pain meds. The first day was torture. The rest of my experience was amazing outside of that one day though.

Everyone was so kind ! My doctor was also amazing and an ENT so he cared about my ability to breathe as well as the aesthetics of my nose. The hotel was nice other than a few room service mishaps, and the transportation was super reliable. Everyone did whatever they could to help me, they even called me to wish me a safe flight. I felt so welcome the whole trip, they had everything under control. Couldn't be happier with this place. 100% recommend :^)

The welcome on arrival at the airport was perfect and throughout the stay the contact with the medical representative was seamless everything went well and I am very happy with the surgery Dr Susan is a statesman and warm I recommend 100% boukimed
