The impression about the clinic itself was not very, often made nervous, dragged time, I can’t say anything about the professor either. Five minutes talk for $ 120 a bit too much. The clinic itself is not bad, in my opinion, a lot of clients have simply gathered and cannot cope with such volume, and here we are not talking about the desire to help, just money. How to undertake, I can say that robots need to take as much as possible so that they can cope with it, otherwise it negatively affects their reputation. Thank you again

Встреча была организована четко, на каждом этапе сопровождал переводчик, врач понравился, вёл с ним общение на английском чтобы мне было проще доносить свои мысли правильно, врач владеет английском на хорошем уровне, видно, что образование было получено всестороннее. Диагноз который мне ставили в Казахстане отличался от местных результатов обследования, я сам солидарен с местным. Мед сестры всегда приветливы, проверяют и уточняют состояние пациента, на каждом этапе проверяют все данные(давление, пульс, температуру, вес). Палаты где проводится химия Светлая, кресла реклайнеры удобные, есть телевизор.

The hospital was fantastic, room was private, with all required amenities, cafe - lovely, everything was beautiful and clean. Staff were just so accommodating, my Doctor was knowledgeable, explained the procedure in detail. Honestly, I'm in awe from this experience. My current health status (symptoms and concerns regarding the medication)have been discussed with professor Layla (Hematologist). Physical checkup have been done. Previous reports have been reviewed and discussed as well. Advices and guidelines have been suggested. Finally medication have been prescribed beside lab check up request. I was looking for high qualified professionals and professor Layla was the right person. Financially it seems to me that the costs are high.

Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.
