I had the great pleasure of going through Dr Derya Bingol and her team. Initially, I was in contact with the office manager Hulya and her communication level and support was surreal. She provided all the information and was very thorough every time. Once I was in Turkey, Hulya picked me up and took me to all my appointments before meeting Dr Derya. I specifically chose a female Dr as I felt more comfortable but also because her reviews were amazing online. Dr Derya did not disappoint, she went through the procedure and was measuring everything up and explaining to me exactly her thought process to completing the surgery. She cared and wanted the results to be as perfect as humanly possible. The results were amazing and was above my expectations. Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable.
