I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter
I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly.
I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.
The assistant/interpreter was so attentive, responsive, and personable which made the whole experience so relaxing.
I would have enjoyed being asked if there was anything specific I wanted/did not want for my nose

I recommend this clinic with all my heart
It was like a breeze. My best decision about my body. Everyone was good to me. The doctor made a perfect work. All staff wanted to help. The clinic is fantastic, very fancy, very clean, a warm place as well. I didn’t felt any pain, I didn’t felt ashamed about my body before the surgery and I left very confident with it after the surgery. I’m glad that I found this clinic. It was definitely a good experience. I recommend this clinic with all my heart. I’m not from Turkey, I’m from Europe and the fact that I choose the Dr. Esra Cabuk Comert’ clinic was the best choice. She and her staff are the best.

I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon
I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon.

The wonderful Dr Ergin Er listened carefully to my wishes regarding surgery for my nose. He did a wonderful job and I am absolutely delighted with the result!
The best assistant and interpreter of the doctor Varvara helped during the whole treatment, she translates into Russian qualitatively and quickly. Varvara and the doctor were always in touch with me after the operation, responding to my messages almost instantly.
The medical staff was caring and friendly, help was provided promptly.
The hospital prepared delicious food for me after the operation and I recovered quickly.
Overall, the hospital is cosy and pleasant, everywhere is clean and sterile, the cleaners are meticulous about cleanliness.

My nose was large and not an easy case for Dr Cem Altindag to work with. The results AMAZING!!!! It looks so natural and matches my face perfectly. The Dr and his assistant both responded in the middle of the night to a question I sent them after the surgery. That is outstanding care!!
I picked Dr Cem because he specializes in noses and is highly rated. I am working to take my daughter there soon for him to work his magic on her nose also.

I came here to enlarge my breasts by transferring fat from my legs to my breasts. They increased but not as much as I wanted ( They were beautiful when there was swelling after the surgery. But after three days everything was gone and I saw the final result. Although in two weeks they may not become even smaller…)
I highly recommend girls to do implants and not waste their time and money on fat that may eventually disappear completely if you do gym etc .
The doctor warned me that such results would occur, but I didn’t want implants and hoped for a miracle with fat…I recommend this clinic and doctor Feridun Elmas

Mustafa - interpreter-coordinator organised everything as conveniently as possible. He was always on the phone, ready to solve any issue.
The whole trip: from the transfer at the airport to the first result of the operation - just top.
The transfer, the hotel where I was accommodated, the hospital and its hospital room - excellent.
Attentive medical staff. Not all nurses spoke English but were always willing to help, used the translator on the phone.
The doctor is energetic, understanding and speaks English, so there were no problems with communication.

I’m from Germany and 20 years old. Before coming here, I was honestly very nervous and unsure about everything — especially traveling to another country for surgery. But from the moment I arrived, all my worries disappeared. I was completely convinced of the opposite and so positively surprised by how smooth and professional everything was.
The surgery went perfectly, and I felt truly safe and well taken care of the whole time. The doctor was amazing — very kind and skilled — and everyone who looked after me was incredibly friendly and caring. I also had a translator with me, which helped so much and made communication super easy. I never felt alone or confused.
The hospital is very modern, clean, and comfortable. I felt so at ease that I could have even stayed longer! Every need I had was taken care of immediately, and I felt supported the entire time.
The hotel, which was included in my package, was perfect as well. It had a great location and was very comfortable. The transfer service (also included) was organized and smooth — everything went exactly as planned.

I like how efficient everything was. Was met at the airport and welcomed then transferred to my hotel. Met Dr Ersa Ozbasli the next morning who was amazing and very friendly. Her expertise and explanation of my procedure was excellent. I really felt like she was passionate and empathetic towards my needs and explained everything in detail which I loved . I can leave a positive review about Quartz Clinic and the bookimed service. There were some fears during communication with the service (especially after encountering negative reviews on the internet), but in the end I was satisfied with my experience. From the service I was supported by the manager Ekaterina. I would also like to leave her a positive feedback for her quick and competent answers in WhatsApp. All the conditions of the clinic were in full conformity with reality. And as for Quartz Clinic: a modern clinic with good service, friendly staff and doctors. In addition to my surgery, the service package included a good hotel and a transfer (even when I changed my hotel at my own request, I was still picked up by a transfer to another address not close to the clinic). The clinic was attentive to me and my words (and fears of the surgery itself), which really eased my worries. My coordinator at the clinic, Ali, made a huge difference to my experience as a whole, being really human and supporting me during the surgery with his communication, distracting me from my creepy feelings. And also always stayed in touch on messenger, giving full feedback, answering my queries. The surgery itself was excellent, the doctor inspired confidence in me and I found him to be absolutely competent, I would go to him again for any surgery with confidence.
I am grateful to all the people at Quartz Clinic and bookimed who were involved in this important event for me and helped me to have a positive experience without a single negative.

I liked the ease of getting things in order for surgery. I had any question I had answered in a timely manor. The translator was very helpful and personable. I never had to worry about getting a question answered or a response from my assistant. The dr was amazing and very professional and great expertise. The only thing I was uncomfortable with is the pain. I’m considered by several drs to have a high pain tolerance and I was in a lot of pain. Let’s consider though I did have multiple surgeries but they are very stingy with any pain meds. The first day was torture. The rest of my experience was amazing outside of that one day though.
