I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me
Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.

We went for the first shot of the Pfizer vaccine. Excellent support in the general WhatsApp chat from Hamid and in a separate chat from Saida and Alexey. They organized a free and very convenient transfer from the airport to the clinic, for which special thanks. The transfer was on time and at the agreed place with remote support of translators. At the clinic I met Maya, who speaks Russian very well, walked us through all the procedures, including registration, and also helped us pass the PCR test (I asked for it myself). Within 3-4 hours, all information about the PCR test and vaccination correctly appeared in the HES application

the hospital facilitator did not provide all the necessary information to the hotel: 1. there were no baby cots upon arrival. we had to ask ourselves 2. we made explicit requests that we need breakfast. however the next day we were told only rooms were booked. No breakfast.

On the recommendation of Bookimed, I underwent a medical examination at the Anadolu Medical Center (Turkey). Why did you choose the Anadolu clinic? Two other clinics, such as Medipol, limited themselves only to gratitude that I contacted them, and the Şişli Memorial clinic remained silent until the end without any feedback. I will not dwell on the provision of the Anadolu clinic with the most modern medical equipment, since many Turkish clinics today are equipped with the most modern equipment. I personally became convinced of this at the stage of choosing a clinic, when I got acquainted with the equipment of many clinics. The qualifications of Turkish medical specialists are generally high and they are really professionals in their field. But there is one very important point - the ability to plan and organize medical examinations. For a patient who comes to such institutions with great hopes, any attention or inattention rendered affects his psychological and moral state, and it naturally depends on this what attitude he will determine and form for himself towards the clinic itself. To be in constant contact with the patient from the moment of his desire to visit the clinic, prepare in every possible way for arrival, prepare medical data and analysis results, assist in booking a hotel, meeting at the airport upon arrival, exceptionally efficient planning of all examinations, eliminating any inconvenience for the patient from - for waiting in queues for tests, undergoing procedures and consulting a doctor and much more, this is a huge advantage of the Anadolu clinic over other clinics. I especially want to note that everything that was done at the highest level is mainly the merit of an employee named Zakhida. (international department of the clinic). Professionalism, an individual approach to each patient, impeccable organization of the entire work process, endless energy, high tolerance, femininity, pleasant appearance and many other positive qualities of a person - said about Zakhida. In July 2022, she had a consultation, examination and surgery at the Memorial Clinic. I thank the staff of the clinic, Professor Ilknur Bayraktar and, of course, the Bukmed team represented by Maria and translator Gulzar for their professionalism. Everything went smoothly.
