My daughter and I had a mole removed at this clinic! I never saw the doctor in the eyes, I thought after the operation he would come in to find out our condition, however, young specialists came in! I’m not even sure now whether that professor or others did the operation. Special! I wrote down so many questions that worried me, but ... From sketching out my beard design and lining it up to produce a very natural look, up to the post op follow through and patient education to learn how to take care of the implant and donor site. It was just splendid. As someone who works in the US healthcare system, I can tell you a procedure like the one I did (4000 grafts) would cost anywhere between $4000-$15000 in the states and you still will be charged for post op meds, cost of admission, hotel etc. Plus it’s very hard to find anyone using DHI method in the US currently. I was also provided with a NoMask doctor’s note for my long flight back to the US, and they also helped get me a face shield to wear instead. I stayed at the clinic for 6 days, good conditions, separate room, 3 meals a day. The medical staff was always on the phone, they helped in any situation. I was surprised that manipulations with blood (taking analyses, treatment of stitches after surgery) are carried out without disposable gloves, for this a huge minus. Consultations with the doctor were also very fast, he was always in a hurry. I had a lot of questions, but half of them remained unanswered. He does his job, but especially does not explain or tell anything. For me this is also a disadvantage.
