I'm still recovering but am very hopeful that the result will be better than I expected
This procedure was on my mind for over 3 years, but I was scared shitless to move forward with it since I've heard a number of unfortunate stories. I had blood clotting issue during pregnancy, so I was extremely worried. Thankfully, Bookimed responded all my questions in a timely manner and with care. Calling me "dear" in every sentence was a bit too much for me, but I knew I was being taken care of. I was mostly surprised that all they needed was my flight info to confirm the appointment, not down payment. That made me feel more at ease to know that it was legitimate. Later, I was contacted by the Istanbul Aesthetic Center's liaison, who was fluent in English and explained everything in detail. Dr. Ergin Er suggested a full tummy tuck instead of a mini one to give the best result once he examined in person, and I'm glad that I did. I can barely see the stretch marks and haven't seen my stomach this flat in years. The disappointing part was when I couldn't get the vaser liposuction on my arms because there's not much fat to extract. I thought my arms are huge but apparently not fatty. Instead of operating for just money, I appreciated the doctor for his transparency. He mentioned it would only give a 30% difference, and it wouldn't be worth of getting scars. At least knowing it from a professional inspired me to focus my workout on my arms instead if second guessing "what-if" if I never took this route. Hence, my procedure changed but the price stayed the same since it deducted arms but upgraded to a full tummy tuck. From the airport pick up to the post-operation, everything was well-planned. I was well-taken care by the nurses and the drivers as well. As the liaison mentioned the nurses aren't fluent English speakers but that didn't stop me from being taken care of. I'm still recovering but am very hopeful that the result will be better than I expected.

After a liposuction it’s very the best combination to heal after just 1 massage I was feeling so much better I did 5 massage in all because I had to go back home but this massage reduced my oedema so quickly thank you so much.

Overall everything is good. I didn’t like the fact that I had to wait a long time for the doctor during appointments. Also, the medical staff hardly speaks English. Only Turkish. Because of this, I could not sleep at night after the operation. Because they didn't understand what I was telling them about my problem. There is also absolute audibility at night between the corridor and the wards. Many thanks to Akilay (my coordinator). A very attentive and sensitive girl. I liked the hotel. Corresponds to the declared status and price. The staff is qualified. Overall the organization is good. Thanks everyone.

Honestly, the best experience ever. I came to turkey on my own. The staff were lovely and so supportive. I felt secure and well cared for. I was treated at Hospital. My appointment with Dr suggested a few tweaks to the initial treatment plan and I was reassured by this that he had my best outcome in mind. He was very professional and gave you lots of confidence. I met my anaesthesiologist and the chief medical director. There was not one time I felt that I did not know what was going on. I wish all the staff Akylay who helped me through this a big thank you. It is only 5 days post surgery. But my checkup with Dr MED today went well. Very little pain and swelling going down nicely. A special mention to the staff at hotel Modus who looked after me with bags of ice for swelling and lovely food and to Akilay who was my guide through all this and made sure that not only did I get everything I needed…….but I made the most of my time here in Istanbul, which is a beautiful city.

I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I can leave a positive review about Quartz Clinic and the bookimed service. There were some fears during communication with the service (especially after encountering negative reviews on the internet), but in the end I was satisfied with my experience. From the service I was supported by the manager Ekaterina. I would also like to leave her a positive feedback for her quick and competent answers in WhatsApp. All the conditions of the clinic were in full conformity with reality. And as for Quartz Clinic: a modern clinic with good service, friendly staff and doctors. In addition to my surgery, the service package included a good hotel and a transfer (even when I changed my hotel at my own request, I was still picked up by a transfer to another address not close to the clinic). The clinic was attentive to me and my words (and fears of the surgery itself), which really eased my worries. My coordinator at the clinic, Ali, made a huge difference to my experience as a whole, being really human and supporting me during the surgery with his communication, distracting me from my creepy feelings. And also always stayed in touch on messenger, giving full feedback, answering my queries. The surgery itself was excellent, the doctor inspired confidence in me and I found him to be absolutely competent, I would go to him again for any surgery with confidence.

I was so impressed with how every little detail of my visit was meticulously dealt with by Defe.
From the moment I got off the plane EVERY small detail was taken care of. From my limo pick up just for myself to the hotel (a 5*+ hotel at least). Check in then hospital Dr Ali was such an expert and explained everything before my operation and made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen.After the operation I had the ultimate first class care and attention and had my very own night nurse from 20:00 until 08:00 for both evenings in hospital. My limo was waiting to take me back to the hotel where I had a 24 hour infirmary clinic. I also had a nurse that visited daily to ch CK and administer my medication and creams and ensure I was feeling ok every day. Defe was my contact and she was at the end of the phone 24/7 for texting, ringing and make me feel safe and well.
The hotel is above and beyond anything I have ever known, the staff are all helpful, the hotel security is absolute top notch. I was on the fourth floor my pass key would only allow me to go to or from they floor to the ground level OR roof terrace, each person on any one floor were ultra safe at all times.
