My Dear Anastasia and Amed ( sorry if I speak wrong ) they are great ! Anastasia , kind , professional abs she was my first contact with this great clinic ! From the first contact she was looking after me so well ! Airport transfer , communication , tips , looking after me at the clinic until my last minute at the airport making sure that everything was well ! I have to say that I am so please that I choose the best clinic with all those good professionals ! I am feeling great , everything went so well and I am keeping in touch sending my photos progress ! I have to say Soho clinic is the best ! And Anastasia was the best professional and the kindness person I ever meet in Istambul ! I flew all the was from Aistralia for my procedure ! I liked the doctor's professionalism, competence, ability to explain the causes of pain in an accessible way, to show clearly the planned treatment, and also to warn about the need for further "self-doctor" behaviour for further recovery of health. The attitude of the staff is excellent.

Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. The contact persons at Bookimed also contacted me regularly and enquired about my well-being. I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and am pleased to be recovering quickly and well. Dr Burak continues to monitor me now and I feel I am being very well looked after. His instructions are clear and very helpful. I would like to thank the Bookimed team and the MediPol team for their excellent service ❤️.

I had a Rhinoplasty done. Everything went on well. Starting from a driver picking up from the airport. Communication throughout between representative and myself was without any delays. Representative was able to give/find the answers within appropriate time frame. The surgeon was very friendly and was happy to answer all of he questions. The hospital was clean. Hospital staff were friendly and always had smile on their faces. Hotel was acceptable. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely. Some of the mail staff would benefit from being a little more friendly. In general had a great experience.
