I liked the doctor's professionalism, competence, ability to explain the causes of pain in an accessible way, to show clearly the planned treatment, and also to warn about the need for further "self-doctor" behaviour for further recovery of health. The attitude of the staff is excellent.

Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. The contact persons at Bookimed also contacted me regularly and enquired about my well-being. I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and am pleased to be recovering quickly and well. Dr Burak continues to monitor me now and I feel I am being very well looked after. His instructions are clear and very helpful. I wanted to leave a review and share my experience. In February this year I had a beard transplant in this clinic. I would like to note some details that may be useful to someone. And so let's begin I signed up online, I immediately discounted the instructions before the transplant. There is nothing unusual in it, as well as sent instructions on arrival in Istanbul where to come and who will meet me. On arrival everything happened exactly as it happened and I was immediately met and taken to the hotel. I was satisfied with the hotel, they explained at once the plan for the next day on the operation, when it is better to eat what to wear, etc. Also on the next day for me with the driver came my interpreter. It is very convenient to ask some details and in general to talk before the operation. I was not worried as I knew what to expect. Everything went quickly enough for me want to time lasted 8 hours. I would like to say that everything is very organised and simple, starting from the arrival and ending with the flight back home, transfer during all 3 days is very convenient. The main thing is to listen to what they say and do exactly the same right down to when it is better to eat. On the downside I would have liked more information about the recovery process before travelling to Istanbul as people treat any external changes differently. So that you can better plan your trip between jobs. Otherwise, I would like to reiterate that the transfer, hotel, interpreter and the attitude in the clinic are all A's). Thank you!

I loved it. I travelled specially to this plastic surgeon from Norway and I did not regret it one bit. All the staff and the surgeon were very responsive and pleasant in communication, they answered all my questions very quickly and clearly. I had a Rhinoplasty done. Everything went on well. Starting from a driver picking up from the airport. Communication throughout between representative and myself was without any delays. Representative was able to give/find the answers within appropriate time frame. The surgeon was very friendly and was happy to answer all of he questions. The hospital was clean. Hospital staff were friendly and always had smile on their faces. Hotel was acceptable. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely. Some of the mail staff would benefit from being a little more friendly. In general had a great experience.
