Dr Sait has worked wonders
On the 18th he underwent surgery with a vagus nerve stimulator on the 25th and it was connected. Dr Sait has worked wonders. Daytime seizures are very rare but nighttime seizures have changed completely. I am 35 years old and so far only the first connection 0.25 paediatric dose and 5 more connections. Thank you to the neurologist Dr Yemmir who agreed to treat me. For all my years my encephalogram is finally normal. I am from abroad. I don't live in Istanbul. But I thank the whole clinic, all the doctors, all the interpreters, all the staff.

I underwent Gamma Knife surgery on my trigeminal nerve at Medical Park Clinic and I would like to express my huge gratitude to all the medical staff and especially to the professor who performed the procedure. The operation was difficult, as it involved the trigeminal nerve and there was a risk of injury to nearby nerves. However, thanks to the professionalism and high qualifications of the professor, everything went well. He performed the procedure with jewellery precision, minimising possible risks and ensuring an excellent result. The Medical Park clinic also impressed with its high level of service, attentive attitude to patients and modern technological base. I felt in safe hands from the moment of consultation to the end of the rehabilitation period. When we were going to go, we were told that we would have a lot of tests, a puncture, an MRI, etc. When we arrived, we were not placed where we planned, not for 35USD, but for 45 USD per day. When we arrived at the clinic, nobody took anything except for a blood test. As a result, that in Medipol, that in Ukraine we got the result word for word, the preparations were pricked by the very same ones as in Ukraine. The clinic coordinator has not been seen once. We had a girl translator - her name is Shazoda - a good, intelligent girl, she translated everything, but we did not see the coordinator. We were told that they would give extracts in Russian and in English, but sent in Turkish. Thanks to Maxim Voloshin, he is our coordinator in Bookimed, a very clever boy, we received translations into Russian, thank him very much. Without Maxim, we wouldn't do it at all

The professionalism of the doctors is top notch. The availability of modern equipment is attractive. The medical staff is attentive and responsive to patients. Excellent work of the international department in terms of logistics and translators, which allows you to concentrate as much as possible on the diagnosis and communication with doctors. Availability of separate rooms per patient during hospitalization. Ensuring adequate prices for hotel rooms. In simple words: the transfer operates from the airport to the hotel and back, daily to the clinic and back to the hotel. There was always a translator with us at the clinic who took us where we needed to go. We received professional medical care.
In this section I would like to note the excellent work of the translator Ayla. A wonderful young woman who exudes confidence, calmness and positivity.
I wish all translators were like Ayla).

Hello, we are from Kazakhstan. Came here for diagnosis and treatment of my son. We really liked the clinic. Neurologist Barış Metin explained everything to us in detail. We learned a lot about my son's illness. My son has hydrocephalus and even after the tests we found out that he has epilepsy, the VP-shunt works at an accelerated rate, so my son did not develop. Now we are receiving treatment. We hope it helps insha Allah. I also liked the staff, especially the translators, I forgot the names, but one of them even knows the Kazakh language. It was super convenient. Thank you very much Bookimed, you are the best, you helped us a lot, especially thanks to Oksana and Anna, they always answered on time and put up with us for more than a month. Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.

I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon.

Dr. Başak Bolluk Kılıç, MD graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2000 as a Medical Doctor.  She completed her specialization training in the Department of Neurology at Ankara University in 2005. In 2004, she worked as an observer at the Department of Movement Disorders at the University of Barcelona Medical Faculty.  Having started her compulsory service in Kırşehir State Hospital in 2006, Dr.  Başak Bolluk Kılıç, MD worked at Ankara Private Tandoğan Magnet Hospital in 2008, at Çamlıca Erdem Hospital between 2010-2016, at Bilgi University Electroneurophysiology Department between 2013-2017, at Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Medicine between 2017-2018 and at Medical Park between 2016-2018. She worked as an Assistant Professor at Göztepe Hospital. Specialized in Parkinson's and other Movement Disorder Diseases. Dr. Başak Bolluk Kılıç, MD received special training at home and abroad in the fields of EEG and EMG, Botulinum Toxin applications and Deep Brain neurostimulator (DBS) Programming. As of September 2018, at Istanbul Medipol University Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center (PARMER) she creates the treatment plans of the patients and provides the most appropriate personalized medical follow-up and treatment support for each patient.
