My father’s medical experience with Memorial Şişli was great. Everything was well-organized, and we felt supported throughout the entire process. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining every detail, which reassured us that my father was in good hands.
I was also really impressed by how quickly everything was arranged. There were no unnecessary delays, and the entire medical service was coordinated seamlessly. Our online medical coordinator was always available whenever we had questions, making the whole process much easier. Having a interpreter readily available was a huge help as well—they were efficient and made communication effortless.
The hospital was spotless, and cleanliness was clearly a top priority, which gave us even more peace of mind. Overall, we were very happy with the care my father received. I am extremely pleased that I chose this clinic for such an important step in my life! There is a very friendly and helpful staff, they are always there 24 by 7 and will help you with everything you need (moving around the hospital, support, bring water if you are unable to go for it yourself, make your condition as easy as possible after the operating room, help you take a shower if you need help, comb and braid you hair, they will definitely hold you senile, help you call a taxi to the airport or hotel, tell you what you can visit in Istanbul if you plan to stay there) a wonderful doctor and his assistant came every day and checked my condition, answered all the questions I asked, explained how to cope with problems if they arise. It's been 5 weeks since the operation, I have minus 12 kg and constant support from the clinic. They are super recommended to everyone!!!

Jaroslava's WhatsApp support service is 100%, the consultant has excellent knowledge and information in the medical field, the interpreter support at Tatiana and Zahida's clinic was excellent, smooth work, quick responses, highly qualified doctors, modern equipment, different medical packages, which allows the patient to pay for additional medical services. Dr lux , quality , no bruising after rhinoplasty , good doctor .
I was hungry, the hotel can be found better for such money. The nurse after the operation pricked 3 times hands not qualitatively. Who has fear to needles, blood, and I have this fear, on my request to call a specialist, I was refused.
And so everything is good, fast healing . I recommend the doctor .
