Wonderful team. Mustafa - interpreter-coordinator organised everything as conveniently as possible. He was always on the phone, ready to solve any issue. The whole trip: from the transfer at the airport to the first result of the operation - just top. The transfer, the hotel where I was accommodated, the hospital and its hospital room - excellent. Attentive medical staff. Not all nurses spoke English but were always willing to help, used the translator on the phone. The doctor is energetic, understanding and speaks English, so there were no problems with communication. I am satisfied with everything and I am glad that I chose this clinic.

My coordinator Marsela, went above and beyond to research the perfect Doctor and accommodate with all of her request for the best Doctor. She always answered my questions and followed up when needed. My surgery coordinators Zeynep and Hisham were amazing and followed up and Hisham was there in person from the pre-op to post op and both were there 24 hours a day when I needed them or just to make sure I was doing good following my surgery. Dr. Emre Ozenalp is a very skilled surgeon and is amazing. The cuts he made I will have little scarring due to being a skilled surgeon. Dr. Emre and his Nurses followed up everyday to check on my status. He’s Nurses are amazing and we’re very compassionate since I am a very modest person. I would highly recommend Bookimed, my surgery coordinators, and Dr. Emre and his Nurses. I am very amazed and super excited about my outcome of my surgery. My amazing husband who was by my side the whole and supported my decision was absolutely amazed and thanked Dr. Emre for the amazing work he did on my tummy tuck. Good afternoon, I want to leave a review about this clinic. The idea of a beard transplant was born a little over a year ago, when part of the hair fell out due to a stressful situation. I began to study the information, where and how best to do it. Obviously in Turkey because of the price / quality ratio. I stopped at several options, including thanks to bookimed reviews. And he began to write to the clinics in order to understand in detail. In the clinic of Madame Sophie, I was given the contacts of Dilyara, the coordinator, for Russian speakers. Dilyara answered all my questions in detail for several weeks. She dispelled all my doubts and worries with comprehensive answers supported by facts. A month later, in August, I bought tickets for January 4, 2021, wanted to have an operation and take a short vacation for rehabilitation. These dates were reserved for me in the hospital, a transfer from Istanbul to Bodrum was agreed upon, and a hotel room was rented on the seashore! But due to the situation with the coronavirus, there was no certainty that the borders would not be closed again, and in October I contacted Dilyara and asked if it was possible to postpone the operation to earlier dates. as a result, on November 14, I was already flying from St. Petersburg to Istanbul. The clinic quickly found time for my operation, rebooked a hotel room and agreed on a new transfer. In Istanbul I was met by a driver and I reached Bodrum comfortably. The operation was performed on November 15, Sunday, this is a day off at the clinic, but even then they met me halfway, because the return ticket was for November 17th. Day of the operation. I was picked up from the hotel by the driver, along with Mr. Chagatai Cebeji, the director of international relations, who speaks very good Russian, but mostly spoke English) on the way to the hospital, he briefly described the stages of the operation. At the clinic, Madame Sophie met me, discussed with her in detail how and what would be done. Then they took blood from me to check for sores and for . And the operation itself began. First, grafts are prepared from the donor area, from the back of the head, then they are implanted into the beard area. The only unpleasant sensations are injections of anesthesia, but after a couple of injections you don't feel anything. Then Madame Safiye did the opening of the channels, this is when many micro-holes are made with a special tool. This further determines how and at what angle the hair will grow - the most crucial moment. I know that I was lucky that it was she who did it to me. The operation lasted 9 hours, with a lunch break. All this time, next to me was a doctor's assistant - Mustafa, who also did a lot of work, and all this time he supported me and answered all my questions. After the operation, they told me how to do everything correctly during the rehabilitation period, gave me a weekly set of various pills, put on a special bandage on my head, gave me shampoo, a pillow for sleeping, and took me to the hotel. The next day I was brought to the clinic for a scheduled examination and taken back to the hotel, from where I was then taken to Istanbul and I flew back to St. Petersburg. The most difficult thing is to sleep on your back for 15 days, and, accordingly, do everything very carefully. A little more than a month passed after the operation. Facial hair grows, falls out, grows again, this is normal - shock hair loss. I know that there is no need to wait for the result earlier than half a year. I am still in touch with Dilyara, I am sending planned photos, which are evaluated by doctors. I promised to come to them in Bodrum next summer with the finished result and excellent mood) Am I satisfied with the result? - Now is the period of rehabilitation, and the final result has to wait, but what I see, I like it! May I recommend this clinic? - Definitely yes. Doctors, coordinators, drivers and the rest of the staff do their job as professionally and efficiently as possible, I did not have to think about anything at all, except that 15 nights to watch me sleep) Great professionals and wonderful people. I am really pleased that I chose this particular clinic. If this review can be edited in the future, then I will return here in a couple of months, add a little photo and review. Now the photo is in this order: Before the operation, in a week, in a month.

Hello everybody. Thanks to the Clinic for a successful operation. To the Neurosurgeon Mustafa Onaz and Professor Gohan. We are diagnosed with Brain cancer, the last stage, malignant. The tumor was twice as large. They saved my husband's life. Masha Allah. The operation was 8-9 hours. they deleted everything, I consider this a record. It was a difficult operation. Well done. Very pleasant experience from the clinic, the doctor and all the staff. I was met by Dr. Celine's assistant, who speaks excellent Russian and helped me a lot throughout the entire time - from the first consultation to the last. Dr. Koray Joshkunfirat is an excellent doctor and specialist in his field, very responsible and scrupulous. The nurses were very friendly and helpful, they always came at the first call. My experience at turkeyana was traumatic, which is why I'm just now sharing my experience, 4 months after the surgery. I went there for a breast reduction and would never do it again. The medical team was the worst. Unfriendly, unprofessional und unkind. I woke up from the surgery right away in the op room, because I have a naturally high tolerance in narcotics (which I told them in advance). When I woke up I tried to sit up, as I wasn't remembering why I was there, I tried 3 times, they would push me down and the third time on of the nurses gave me a hard slap in my face. I was not taken seriously at any time, later nurses would laugh at me when I asked for more pain meds, due to me metabolizing such faster than other patients, I was in enormous pain for 24h straight. Crying and screaming out of pain. Nobody of the care team in the hospital spoke english, they understood the word pain meds tho, but instead they simply gave me a hidrating solution and told me it was morphins, even tho I could read on the bag that it wasn't.When I left the clinic I got no instructions on how to clean the wounds, nor did I get an antibioticscream. They said to just leave the bandaids on until the check up. I had my check up 5 days after the surgery, on a Monday and they didn't even check the doctor who operated on me didn't even show up. so another woman appeared, she didn't check the wounds, only touched the boobs. She left me with the bandaids on, said everything was fine and left the room. The younger too women who were with me in the room, case managers I guess, then asked me to take the bandaids off, so I did. They wanted to take pictures of the result. Afterwards I asked them to clean the wounds. The woman who did it wasn't going to put on gloves if I hadn't told her, and even I could tell she was doing a poor job at cleaning the wounds. When I got back to Switzerland two days later, on Wednesday, I ran straight to my doctor and she told me that my wounds were heavily infected, which eventually resulted in ugly scaring. at turkeyana they told me the threads would come out after 2 weeks, which they didn't. My Swiss doctor had to take them out manually because they were still there after 4 weeks, impeding the healing and maintaining the infection. I was walking around with bandaids and infected wounds until 5 weeks after the surgery. In the sixth week the wounds had finally closed, if you can call it that, because ghrough the infection ghey had grown wide open. I also got a bichetomia done there, on which they also told me the threads would dissolve, but they didn't. I had to go to a dentist to cut them open because they were cutting into the flesh in my mouth. and causing an infection on the inside of my cheeks, which I also had to get treated in Switzerland. Turkeyana is a poor lead, money hungry company who doesn't care about the wellbeing of their patients. they act nice until you've paid and had the surgery, and after that they treat you like trash. 0/10, don't recommend. If you don't want to traumatized, don't go there. I wan't my money back.

Firstly, the clinic is not called Mavidenta, it’s called VSC clinic. And after doing some research it’s also known under a few other names. The first day i waited 6 hours for an xray. If you transfer payment, expect to have multiple staff hounding you all day everyday until the payment clears their account. Even if you provide receipts they want you to transfer AGAIN. That is, they want you to pay twice. And then still expect you to withdraw from an ATM and pay cash. The hotel staff were nice, but it was extremely basic accomodation, tiny room, in a very Turkish district without shops or restaurants and no one speaks english. When the dentist shaves your teeth and you have very limited ability to eat anything, expect to go hungry. I went without food for 3 days and no one tells you whats going on. Just late night visits to the clinic to wait for hours every time. I felt like they were holding my teeth to ransom even though i provided proof of payment. I actually felt they were trying to scam me. My quote included 7 nights accomodation but the hotel said only 5 nights are paid for. The clinic ignored me every time i questioned this. In hindsight, i should've done more research and chosen a better place. I let the booking agent recommend the dentist and that was a big mistake. Ive been made to feel as though i cant contact them if any issues arise in the future. Guarantee or no guarantee. They are all about the money and clients are just numbers. No I DO NOT recommend Mavidenta. Overall, it was a very stressful, painful week and i would not do it again.
