Unfortunately, I had to deal with absolute chaos and incompetent staff for the first time. The nurses forgot to inject anaesthetic, which made me go through all the circles of hell immediately after the operation. To put the patient's health or even life at risk is an absolutely unacceptable mistake. They deviated from the surgeon's treatment plan. The staff simply do not understand how to mobilise the patient after the operation. I was pulled on both sides by hands from the bed, while I had stitches under my breasts and drains under my armpits. The drains were on the floor, to the indignation of the surgeon himself - the nurses were bickering. The clinic positions itself as international, but not a single person from the staff did not speak any other language than Turkish. On phone calls - the nurses were unresponsive. When you are in pain, money doesn't matter. I wanted to stay a couple more days in the clinic for $650 a day, not including medication. But after one night and forgotten medications by the staff, I realised I was better off checking out. The staff ran to a pharmacy three nine lands away for medication that should initially be on hand, the clinic does not have its own pharmacy. Head's interpreter, in a hostile posture reprimanded me for my dissatisfaction with the staff. The absolute unprofessionalism was astounding to me. The doctors are top, the clinic is not. I advise you to seek out Medicare doctors at other more professional clinics.

She was available during times when she was not even supposed to be working. Dr. Leila is truly an asset to Bookimed, and I feel blessed to have had her on the team.

My coordinator Marsela, went above and beyond to research the perfect Doctor and accommodate with all of her request for the best Doctor. She always answered my questions and followed up when needed. My surgery coordinators Zeynep and Hisham were amazing and followed up and Hisham was there in person from the pre-op to post op and both were there 24 hours a day when I needed them or just to make sure I was doing good following my surgery. Dr. Emre Ozenalp is a very skilled surgeon and is amazing. The cuts he made I will have little scarring due to being a skilled surgeon. Dr. Emre and his Nurses followed up everyday to check on my status. He’s Nurses are amazing and we’re very compassionate since I am a very modest person. And he began to write to the clinics in order to understand in detail. In the clinic of Madame Sophie, I was given the contacts of Dilyara, the coordinator, for Russian speakers. Dilyara answered all my questions in detail for several weeks. She dispelled all my doubts and worries with comprehensive answers supported by facts. A month later, in August, I bought tickets for January 4, 2021, wanted to have an operation and take a short vacation for rehabilitation. These dates were reserved for me in the hospital, a transfer from Istanbul to Bodrum was agreed upon, and a hotel room was rented on the seashore! But due to the situation with the coronavirus, there was no certainty that the borders would not be closed again, and in October I contacted Dilyara and asked if it was possible to postpone the operation to earlier dates. as a result, on November 14, I was already flying from St. Petersburg to Istanbul. The clinic quickly found time for my operation, rebooked a hotel room and agreed on a new transfer. In Istanbul I was met by a driver and I reached Bodrum comfortably. The operation was performed on November 15, Sunday, this is a day off at the clinic, but even then they met me halfway, because the return ticket was for November 17th. Day of the operation. The next day I was brought to the clinic for a scheduled examination and taken back to the hotel, from where I was then taken to Istanbul and I flew back to St. Petersburg. The most difficult thing is to sleep on your back for 15 days, and, accordingly, do everything very carefully. A little more than a month passed after the operation. Facial hair grows, falls out, grows again, this is normal - shock hair loss. I know that there is no need to wait for the result earlier than half a year. I am still in touch with Dilyara, I am sending planned photos, which are evaluated by doctors.
