This was my first trip to Istanbul. Coordinator Tatyana contacted me through Bookimed. With great patience and understanding of the problem, taking into account my very specific needs and wishes, the program and clinic were selected for me. It was about the implantation of 3 teeth, and the removal of 2 complex roots. I was very worried about the trip, Tatyana reassured me, said that the clinic provides both a transfer and an interpreter, this is included in the program. They even sent me a photo of where they would meet me. The way from the airport was long (by the standards of the country from which I came), but comfortable, I even knew how to watch a movie on Netflix in a limousine, which I had noticed for a long time. I was greeted at the clinic by the friendly, nice and competent Zülal, the Russian speaking coordinator of the clinic. The problem with a little trouble was quickly resolved, and at my request, the extraction of teeth and implantation were performed under anesthesia, the so-called sedation. I was counting on terrible pain, swelling and bruising (these are not the first implants that I put in my country) ... Imagine my surprise when in the morning there was no pain, no bruising, or even swelling! I was given antibiotics, and rinses, painkillers, which I never needed because there was no pain. I ate soft and liquid food after 2 hours. And now I'm eating a whole meal! A wonderful clinic, in Russia one child was offered expensive orthodontic treatment, and the other was offered a filling, in this clinic, to wait 11 years and start treatment, so I understand that doctors in Russia cheated on money. I had my wisdom tooth removed very successfully, without complications. I am very satisfied with the quality of treatment and the prices are quite reasonable! I recommend!

Of course, it was very exciting to have my teeth treated abroad, but on the phone I was assured that there was no reason to worry and it turned out to be 100 per cent true! I was picked up at the airport, brought to the dentist's office where I was met by an assistant translator and on the same day I was seen by my doctor. There is no language problem in communicating with the doctor, there is no problem to ask a question, ask more about the treatment, etc. as there is always an interpreter nearby. All procedures were scheduled for the next day and I was kindly escorted to the hotel, which is located next to the dentistry. I want to say straight away that all your wishes will be taken into account and the doctors will do their best to make you happy and with a beautiful smile! I am glad I chose this particular clinic!

I was there for a first intervention, they emptied my lower jaw to place six implants and made me a provisional prosthesis of 10/10 quality. The attention was excellent, a lot of staff at my disposal with no waiting time, a painless surgery and after a month everything was fine. Highly recommended. In the photo I appear with the provisional prosthesis, the upper teeth are natural.

I would highly recommend the SoracaMed clinic. Everything was organised, without delay, which is very important for a person who came for medical services from another country. The qualification and attitude of the medical staff and the doctor is above all praise. There is an interpreter coordinator, which makes the process so easy. The amount for the services was also the same as what I had been quoted in correspondence prior to my arrival in the country. I appreciate that there was no imposition of unnecessary expensive services, everything is just on the merits. The clinic is clean, stylish and inspires confidence. Bookimed was so helpful and extremely nice. Everything they told me was to the detail accurate. I was very nervous about this because we’d never traveled that far before, just so many unknowns. But from the minute we were picked up from the airport we felt completely comfortable. Even with the language barrier, there were tons of laughs, smiles and hugs. It was an experience my husband and I will never forget!!
