My son (17 years old) underwent septoplasty, correction of nasal septum. Dr Selman Sarica was very attentive, friendly and professional! All the staff of the clinic, above and beyond praise! Nurses, interpreters and of course Dr Selman, all worked professionally, quickly and smoothly. The clinic itself is very large, works in different areas, clean spacious rooms, the room has a shower, toilet, all bathroom accessories. I accompanied my son, for me also in the ward was a full place to sleep and rest, with bed linen, also provided meals. Thank you for your work! Elena)))

To say that I was shocked by the doctor's approach to treatment is to say nothing. My impressions to you, just do not wish to experience. The operation was agreed in advance counselling and my wishes. The day of the operation came. In the morning I was picked up from the hotel and with an interpreter, I went through all the analyses. On the question when I will have a meeting with the doctor I was told at 9 am then I pointed out that I am allergic to one drug. But they wouldn't give me any medication before the operation without the doctor's consent. When I was already changed clothes for the operation ( I apologise myself in underwear, in an operating gown ) came the doctor and began to explain to me on his hands that it can not be like this, as I want and he sees it all differently. He began to explain to me with his fingers how it will be. Interrupting the interpreter. The interpreter couldn't keep up with the translation. Hurrying me to make a decision. I replied that I couldn't make a decision without seeing any pictures of what was waiting for me. Then after about an hour of dialogue, the doctor corrected the curvature of my nose on the telephoto in front of me and said here's what awaits you and covered the tip of my nose with his hand. Again we heard my refusal, to which I was told there is no time and I have to make a decision. They told me there was no time and I had to make a decision. My wishes were ignored. What was agreed upon before the operation was changed. My wishes were to correct the curvature and to change and reduce the tip of the nose. The result of the operation is that the curvature was not corrected and the septum remained the same. But the cartilage was grown on the side, which I did not ask for at all, and the nose was visually enlarged and the tip was corrected. Now I'm just shocked with my appearance to say the least. Everything was done at the discretion of the doctor. He ignored all my wishes. Putting me in front of the fact. Without showing me a single photo of what's in store for me. Thank you for your work and choosing such a useful niche as this! It is so important for the patient to be able to communicate with the manager at any time: to talk, consult, discuss personal issues and possible risks. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Before finding you, I had experience communicating with two organizations that provide services in the field of medical tourism, but unfortunately, commerce and the desire to sell specific specialists without options is alarming and does not inspire confidence at all. On the other hand, I’m even glad that I had such a short communication experience, especially since I was able to evaluate the capabilities of Bookimed! I understand that for the reader my review may be similar to an ode of praise, but as they say, “you can’t erase words from a song.”))) Therefore, I can only continue to talk about how it was in my specific case. Thanks to the Khizar clinic for a luxurious spacious room with floor-to-ceiling windows, an additional sofa for visitors, as well as delicious meals three times a day. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail: it so happened that I arrived for the operation unaccompanied, with a small backpack. This was extremely important for me: everything I could need was provided or was already available in my favorite room opposite the reception. The operation was scheduled for the afternoon, so the most difficult time was at night. The nurse who was on night duty did a tremendous job and until 6 am did everything as required according to the protocol after the operation. Yes, you can say, how could it be otherwise, you paid the money and it should be so, but you and I know very well that no one has canceled the human factor, and patients in this state after surgery cannot always read carefully in English doctor's recommendation language. Therefore, I send rays of love to this Great Man!!! Every 40 minutes He applied cold compresses, fed me even at night, and then took me for a walk along the long corridor of the clinic. This is an invaluable experience for me, not only because it is important for rehabilitation and health, but also for my personal faith in people. Low bow to the doctor for his professionalism, ability to listen to the patient and a high-quality operation. I would also like to thank Gulshirin Beshimova for the opportunity to make my stay in Turkey as comfortable as possible. Hello! To begin with, I want to say that 95% of everything was as described in the package of our services. But overall, I was satisfied. About the hospital room. I had 1 migration in a ward in a hospital. Everything was at a high level, my husband spent the night with me, next to me on the couch, and I was on a special regulating hospital bed. Very well fed, various mashed soups, yoghurts, buns, rice with meat, and other dishes that are very tasty for hospital food. Brought 3-4 times a day, on trays. I really liked how often the nurses came to see me. Either they brought a compress, then they measured the pressure, then the temperature. It was very nice that they really care about you. We liked the doctor even when we phoned for a familiar place to discuss my nose. This was a couple of weeks before arriving in Istanbul. First, we asked the doctor's opinion about my nose, what he would advise, and his recommendations. They told me what I don’t like about my nose most of all, what needs to be fixed exactly. We asked all our questions, discussed the nose, and came to the decision that the doctor would perform the operation in a closed way without external incisions, which was important for me! Our package. The price included: surgery, anesthesia, operating linen, consultation, medicines after surgery, 6 overnight stays at the hotel with breakfast, 1 night in the hospital, a boat trip along the Bosphorus, transfer everywhere. In brief I can say that this Bookimed.com from my side does not deserve a lot of trust they have changed the price two or three times, and especially offensive that the last time it was changed before the operation in 20 minutes is when you have not eaten almost since 18.00 yesterday came to the clinic already lunch waiting for the operation. and you say the price has increased by 15% you agree, well where to go, to look for a new clinic time is needed and accommodation, if for example they said for a day I 100% refused and so run with things not everyone wants. Plus after the operation and with them to contact was difficult they responded to messages if possible and the next day or even a day later if it was a day off. And I will add that at the end you got a bigger nose than you wanted, although they assured it was swelling. Well, it's been more than a month and you can see not a big curvature even, as it was before. I don't know if it'll go away in a year, but that's a long time. I know that people in other clinics have had rhinoplasty and are happy with their nose after a week and every day more and more, but here, according to them, the nose will become like the photo only in a year.
That they do their job is not bad, but why do they have to be reminded of it all the time?
It is better to listen to the client's opinion, pay more attention, do not make decisions yourself without letting the client know.

I had several operations at a time (septo and rhinoplasty, liposuction combined with bbl, breast lift and implant replacement, jplazma) today is the 6th day after the operation and every day I am coming to my senses better and better. For me, Memorial Antayla is the best hospital in Turkey. The care is phenomenal and better than I've ever had at home . The nursing staff are extremely efficient, and even the support staff are kind and caring. The doctors are really accessible and friendly and will answer any question you have happily. Translator and Coordinator really accessible and very professional. You're just looked after so well, both as an in patient and out patient, so much that I miss being there .

Honestly, my surgeon (Dr Atilla Eyuboglu) was amazing, he was experienced and empathetic. The nurses were lovely and supported me throughout my recovery. The translator went above and beyond and arranged all my transport and answered all my questions. My experience has been amazing and I’m in love with the results of my breast augmentation! The surgeon listened to me and they look amazing. I was initially worried going abroad, but I’m glad I did my experience was so positive and worry free. Even down to arranging the appointment through bookimed, they would chase things up for me and support me through booking it. I have already recommended this process and hospital to friends, and would definitely go back again!

I liked the ease of getting things in order for surgery. I had any question I had answered in a timely manor. The translator was very helpful and personable. I never had to worry about getting a question answered or a response from my assistant. The dr was amazing and very professional and great expertise. The only thing I was uncomfortable with is the pain. I’m considered by several drs to have a high pain tolerance and I was in a lot of pain. Let’s consider though I did have multiple surgeries but they are very stingy with any pain meds. The first day was torture. The rest of my experience was amazing outside of that one day though.

I had a Rhinoplasty done. Everything went on well. Starting from a driver picking up from the airport. Communication throughout between representative and myself was without any delays. Representative was able to give/find the answers within appropriate time frame. The surgeon was very friendly and was happy to answer all of he questions. The hospital was clean. Hospital staff were friendly and always had smile on their faces. Hotel was acceptable. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely. Some of the mail staff would benefit from being a little more friendly. In general had a great experience.
