I would like to share my positive impression of the clinic and bookimed.com. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the examination - all procedures were organised quickly and clearly, without long waits. The clinic is equipped with modern equipment, which inspires confidence and gives confidence in the accuracy of diagnosis. I would like to emphasise the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff. Each employee showed attention and care, which made the treatment process much more comfortable. A pleasant addition was the work of interpreter Gulnara and coordinator Zahida - it greatly facilitated communication with doctors and understanding of all stages of examination. I would also like to express my gratitude for the transfer and the work of the driver, which helped to save time and eliminated the need to think about the road. Honest review. Preparation before the operation first took place online with the manager (Yulia) . 24/7 in touch, Julia provided assistance in all matters that interest me regarding the operation. Having chosen the date of the operation, having bought tickets, I flew to Istanbul. There I was met by a transfer and taken to the hotel, which, accordingly, was reserved even earlier for me. The hotel is 5 stars, the room is very decent. Polite staff. Breakfast is also included. The next day, the operation (hair transplant) in the morning a car comes for me and we go to the clinic. First, I sign an agreement and they take a blood test from me. The haircut is already in the clinic, photographs are taken (as it was before and after) and we proceed to the operation itself. The clinic looks ordinary, not to say that it is super clean or very dirty. And now it's time for the operation itself. I will call it Turkish series. During the whole operation, employees talk about everything in the world. If only I had a couple more days like this and I would have learned Turkish (and this all happens above your head (30 cm). Anyone could come into the office at that time and some other doctors, employees, cleaning lady. The doctors themselves allow themselves to pick up the phone, talk. And this is all during the operation. Singing songs. Discussing series. Family problems. At some point, I would not be surprised if friends with a barbecue came to them, started making a barbecue, brought a toastmaster and played a wedding there. What can I say .... Turks (but in general, nice guys) I accepted it all, because I was worried about one thing - a good result. I had 4500 grafts transplanted. Now it’s too early to say, since only 10 days have passed after the transplant. I will write the 2nd review when there will be a 100% result. I was put on an almost tight bandage on the place of the donor zone, and taken to the hotel. The 2nd day is a rest. Having received all the recommendations, I of course (did not listen) and walked all day around Istanbul. On the 2nd day after the operation, I strongly recommend as much as possible o walk less. And then later you will look as if your head has been in evidence with bees. Strong puffiness. And the body really needs rest. 3rd day check out from the hotel, control head washing and then transfer to the airport. Everything is simple here, I checked out, they came and took me and took me to the clinic. They washed my hair (first lotion, then shampoo) and told in detail how it would be done at home and further care. They also gave lotion and shampoo as a gift)))) this procedure took half an hour maximum. And the last stage is transfer to the airport. The manager is in touch to the last, even after arriving home. This is not so that you came, paid - did the operation and you are no longer interesting to anyone. Attention, help, support at a high level) I recommend

Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.

Good and friendly staff, met and went straight to all necessary lab tests. Breakfast is included in the check-up. We had to wait a bit for answers from doctors and laboratory. Cafe, toilets, lifts all within easy reach. Recommend. Next year we will also go for check-ups for both children and adults.

Terrible surgeon. Will not take the time to speak with you, when he does he knows limited English and is very very rushed. The first time me he gave me results that were so drastic I looked like a pig or someone from who-ville. I had to pay for a second surgery for him to give me my old nose but even worse! (Again super rushed, had zero time to make a decision). Absolutely awful experience. Scary. He refused to even try to fix my nose now for another 6 months. Even though I offered to pay again. Have to date and see friends humiliated with a half finished face. Go to someone with talent and who actually cares. He doesn’t. You are just a number to the surgeons there.

I came here to enlarge my breasts by transferring fat from my legs to my breasts. They increased but not as much as I wanted ( They were beautiful when there was swelling after the surgery. But after three days everything was gone and I saw the final result. Although in two weeks they may not become even smaller…) I highly recommend girls to do implants and not waste their time and money on fat that may eventually disappear completely if you do gym etc . The doctor warned me that such results would occur, but I didn’t want implants and hoped for a miracle with fat…I recommend this clinic and doctor Feridun Elmas Thank you ,next time I come for implants

the trip to the clinic was usually. I got advice, paid a doctor, translator and intermediary, did not receive receipts for these payments. But I don’t understand what the bonus actually consisted of, which I ordered through Bookimed and how to really get it. After this trip, I again received a letter about the bonus, but, in my opinion, these letters really do not cost anything.

My assessment of the clinic was only because I did not stay there, only about 20 minutes for an OSTA examination. I was expecting a full examination because I was invited to the Ichilov-Surasky clinic, but was only in two private clinics for consultations. I chose the Vital hotel exclusively because of Considerations to be close to the clinic. Thank you very much Bookimed for choosing a clinic for us for 3 months and keeping in touch with us throughout the time that we were there, but their partners who deal with us upon arrival in the country are negligent about worn and not fully perform their obyazonnosti.Im want to advise humanity, we (people with health) eat with the hope of recovery! I wish you all Health and Kindness!
