In general, I am satisfied with the visit. The clinic - primarily people - are good, met at the airport, taken to the clinic. The translator is wonderful, regularly visited and was always in touch. Doctors are excellent surgeons, the operation lasted only 40 minutes, everything was successful. The room is very comfortable, everything is automated. Also, given my sedentary state after the operation, the bathroom and other amenities were equipped with handles and simplified use. Advice to those who will go on a similar operation - do not take anything extra from your clothes. Bathrobe, slippers, hygiene accessories.

"I recommend to all!"
I was undergoing TBS reoperative surgery in this clinic from September 5 to September 21, 2019. The operation was caused by aseptic instability of a previously installed prosthesis. I express my deep gratitude to all participants in my treatment! Many human thanks to Peter Yuda, whose "golden" hands operated on me. The honey staff is very professional, attentive, polite. The chambers are separate, with all amenities, daily, several times a day cleaning is carried out. Rehabilitation of the initial stage is very worthy! I recommend to all! On the second day after the operation, I got up on crutches and took the first steps with the efforts of Rehabilitologists. They studied me for 14 days, which allowed me to fly home to Moscow on the 15th day without any problems!

A solid five for the transfer, well-received, brought back
The only negative is that it is a general regional hospital and there is no separate building for foreign patients and because of this there is not enough necessary rest for patients after surgery. Nursing service is good, girls try, they always come to the rescue. The attending physician is also good, the only thing was the lack of translation, the translator apparently did not have enough time for all patients, he tried, but it was due to lack of time that he was not always able to get an answer to the question during time and there were times when it was not medical information in connection with the postoperative condition. The food was of average quality. A solid five for the transfer, well-received, brought back.

Всё было сделано на высшем уровне, за что я им очень признателен!
Клиника на ул. Малвазинки была выбрана потому что:
1. Клиника специализируется именно на операциях по замене тазобедренных и коленных суставов;
2. Здесь предлагалось провести операцию малоинвазивным способом, т.е. разрез не более 10-12 см. Небольшой разрез – гарантировал максимальное сохранение тканей мышц и быстрое восстановление после операции;
3. Клиника предоставляет услуги не только по операции, но и по последующей реабилитации;
4. Предложение по стоимости было наиболее оптимальным по сравнению с предложениями других клиник.
После принятия решения, началась переписка с организаторами медицинского тура. Надо отдать должное сотрудниками по связи с иностранными клиентами, они профессионально и оперативно отвечали на все вопросы, подготовили приглашение, встретили и проводили, организовали: трансфер из аэропорта и в аэропорт из клиники, сопровождение переводчиками на протяжении всего срока пребывания в клинике. Всё было сделано на высшем уровне, за что я им очень признателен!
Операцию проводил доктор В. Господар. Всё прошло штатно, как и было запланировано. Разрез в районе 12 см. Однако на следующий день после операции появилась сильная боль в продольной мышце вдоль позвоночника под лопаткой с левой стороны. Она меня мучила даже больше, чем должен был беспокоить разрез. Позднее мне несколько ослабили эту боль с помощью массажа и электро-процедур, но боль всё равно давала о себе знать. Реабилитация проводилась под руководством физиотерапевтов, я посещал групповые занятия и старался больше ходить, однако после снятия швов обнаружилась гематома и, как результат, пришлось выдержать ещё одно оперативное вмешательство по её удалению. После второй операции прекратились боли под лопаткой. Правда, восстанавливаться пришлось заново, и продлить реабилитацию на одну дополнительную неделю.
Медицинский персонал клиники был очень приветлив и внимателен, что позволило мне чувствовать себя не как в клинике, а просто как в гостях у добрых, давно знакомых людей.
Хочу ещё раз выразить свою благодарность:
- медицинскому персоналу (сестричкам и мед. братьям, всем);
- физиотерапевтам, особенно Martin Kazemir – он заново научил меня двигать ногой в тазобедренном суставе, а не всем тазом;
- переводчикам (Айгерим (Айя), Марии и ещё Марии);
- ортопеду Сергею Рыжову;
- докторам В. Господару и Томашу Виммеру;
- организаторам, без которых я так бы и продолжал хромать, Ольге Скатковой и Ирине Корчминской.

Hello, This is not the first time that I have been a patient from Turkmenistan at the Medipol Clinic. What can I say the doctors and staff are very friendly, helpful. Hello! Thank you for organizing my mom’s treatment. The host, organizers, are professionals and have done everything possible for quick surgery and meeting with doctors. Denis and his team seem to be working around the clock. Great fellows! Doctors are awesome! Attentive and very caring. And most importantly, knowledgeable. The operation went well and we are very pleased with everything. The room was comfortable. All that is needed. The only thing is Ichilov Center - a state hospital, the attendants did not always provide the services expected from them. But our host always did everything possible to quickly eliminate certain situations. They patronized us constantly. Israel is a really high level and professionalism of doctors. We were very pleased.

They were few people who could speak English. Also I was given the wrong information in whats app message about the treatment - they explained that I may need to stay in the hospital for two days and must stay in Turkey for 6 days etc.... Instead I was only given an injection into the knees which took 10 minutes to administer. I also had hair - I wasn't told what is the value of this procedure. I found out it only helps to stop the hair falling out. To be honestly I will not use Turkey for medical services again.
1. There is a language barrier.
2. No one tells you what they are doing until you ask them.
3. The whats app message was not the treatment I received.
4. For the injection into my knees I paid 2500 dollars. This is a very high prices and I feel I was robbed.
5. I will not recommend treatment in this hospital to anyone.

Hello everybody. Thanks to the Clinic for a successful operation. To the Neurosurgeon Mustafa Onaz and Professor Gohan. We are diagnosed with Brain cancer, the last stage, malignant. The tumor was twice as large. They saved my husband's life. Masha Allah. The operation was 8-9 hours. they deleted everything, I consider this a record. It was a difficult operation. Well done.
