Translator Zukhra was very professional, thank you very much. But the doctor, unfortunately, did not inspire confidence in me, for 45 minutes of the conversation the doctor did not ask me any details of the disease, not about what tests were passed, what manipulations were. If I didn’t tell and didn’t ask questions for 45 minutes, then most likely the meeting would have ended in 5 minutes. In general, I didn’t see the doctor’s interest in the patient. In principle, I have not heard anything new either.

I had a consultation with Prof. Colombo on the 29th of April. I was complaining of chronic headache for more than one year. The clinic is very organized and the staff are friendly and proffessional. They also asign a doctor that speaks your language to attend with you in case you need any help with communication. Prof. Colombo is very professional, he gave me all the time to ask and discuss with him all what I wanted.

At the first consultation, the doctor promised us a 50% improvement in our son’s health, but on the contrary, his condition worsened. I received the translation of the extract with difficulty after 20 days. I wrote to the translator about everything and he seemed to report to the doctors of the clinic. I waited a month, I thought that the doctors would get in touch and correct their mistakes and help in some way, but on the contrary, they again offer their services for a fee. I'm in great shock! I do not recommend this clinic to anyone!

We successfully operated on our daughter Nika Popova at the San Donato clinic (Italy). Thank you so much for the Bookimed service for the excellent organization of the trip. Our manager Aleksey Karaganov was always in touch and helped with all issues (visas, booking, medical and legal issues). The clinic, staff, ward are all at the highest level and the main thing is that real masters of their craft work there. Our attending physicians were delighted with the results of the most complicated heart surgery, the Ross operation. It is unfortunate that politics affects not only ordinary citizens, but also their children. I like the treatment , staff , environment. Special thanks for Hussein , Melih , and all staff I can’t remember the names .
I recommend this hospital for all .
Daily they made for me more than 10-12 session .
They used all technology and staff to let me feel better .
I had some special services massage , daily Hotel transport, and hotel discount .
I can’t express all but thanks a lot in 8 days I felt better and I don’t need surgical operation .
