I really liked the doctor, he was very welcoming and competent
I did not like the fact that different prices say, first one and then the other, at the reception a displeased girl was sitting, she was very unfriendly. When we went to the doctor, she first told us the cost was higher, and when we showed that they originally sent us a different price, she agreed to it, as if there were no fixed prices at all and they were being invented on the spot. But I really liked the doctor, he was very welcoming and competent.

The dermatologist was professional and took time to explain my symptoms to us and what the treatment would be. The clinic was nice, clean and looked attractive both inside and outside. The medical coordinator was very friendly and helpful and met us immediately as soon as we entered the clinic. Very satisfied with my visit to this clinic, with the coordinators and the doctor :-)

This is the only clinic that has agreed to my request of having keloid steroid injection done and for that I am grateful for them all for accommodating me. There is daily changes to the keloid since the steroid injection, keloid used to be aggressive, very red, and itchy but now it’s slowly decreasing in size, not red anymore quite dark now though but I guess that’s the bruise, first time in years I haven’t felt itchy on the area. Normally, a few sessions are needed but the Doctor said maybe one is enough as it’s not a big keloid. Hoping in the next few weeks it will improve for the better. As per the staff, very few can speak English but it was not a problem for me as there was an agent allocated to look after me. Thanks again :)

Trustworthy, reassuring and all round lovely Dr and person Thank you - excited be able to enjoy life again! Yes - overall support was brilliant. Fouad from Bookimed was so patient with me and so helpful, and not sure Teresa ever sleeps. Thank you both! However due to timing I think the initial 24 hours I assume would be better usually, but it is holiday season - I think better expectation setting there and having someone on hand at departure who could inform me of the steps and answer my questions - but despite this I am sure the follow up for me in that short window would not being the usual experience as otherwise the support was amazing and I was given time during holidays by Dr G which I value and appreciate - it is an important time of the process though so I would recommend having someone like Mercedes on hand! It’s scary seeing yourself after surgery and I was left feeling very unaware for nearly 48 hours! I do want to highlight that everyone in the hospital was great and professional the two nurses who looked after me directly after the surgery were so lovely and obviously all involved in the surgery and end to end treatment - but extra special thanks to you Mercedes - a really special human and very valuable member and representative of the organisation and hospital! Thank you

I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon.

I had the great pleasure of going through Dr Derya Bingol and her team. Initially, I was in contact with the office manager Hulya and her communication level and support was surreal. She provided all the information and was very thorough every time. Once I was in Turkey, Hulya picked me up and took me to all my appointments before meeting Dr Derya. I specifically chose a female Dr as I felt more comfortable but also because her reviews were amazing online. Dr Derya did not disappoint, she went through the procedure and was measuring everything up and explaining to me exactly her thought process to completing the surgery. She cared and wanted the results to be as perfect as humanly possible. The results were amazing and was above my expectations. We successfully operated on our daughter Nika Popova at the San Donato clinic (Italy). Thank you so much for the Bookimed service for the excellent organization of the trip. The clinic, staff, ward are all at the highest level and the main thing is that real masters of their craft work there. Fantastisk bra opplevelse..Blei henta på flyplassen kjørt til klinikken. Hotellet ligger i nærheten .Det var trygt å man har kontakt med klinikken undere hele oppholdet .Dette kan jeg virkelig anbefale. Jeg hadde neck lift å hadde planlagt å ta nedre facelift men legen anbefalte å heller ta over og under øye da jeg er 55år å hadde tunge øyelokk. .Er så utrolig glad for jeg lyttet til hans anbefalinger å det kostet mindre en forventet.. Resultatet bare nå etter 11dager er utrolig.Jeg er så fornøyd..

As for the treatment and the doctor, it is too early to give a final assessment, as we are just starting to work. My assessment of the clinic was only because I did not stay there, only about 20 minutes for an OSTA examination. I was expecting a full examination because I was invited to the Ichilov-Surasky clinic, but was only in two private clinics for consultations. I chose the Vital hotel exclusively because of Considerations to be close to the clinic. Thank you very much Bookimed for choosing a clinic for us for 3 months and keeping in touch with us throughout the time that we were there, but their partners who deal with us upon arrival in the country are negligent about worn and not fully perform their obyazonnosti.Im want to advise humanity, we (people with health) eat with the hope of recovery!
