I won’t talk about the way this clinic conducts business, namely that the price starts to rise when you are already there and your passport is with the registrar, all this is nothing, if there was a result, but the result is this - Urology of this institution is completely bottom, here in the bookcomed they praised that you will have a professor, and so, a professor who, as it turned out, specializes in child circumcisions, spent at most three minutes on me when providing tests and descriptions of the disease, and two on the results and treatment prescriptions, well, okay, I think, the professor, he treats in a second, but no, I was treated, the result is zero, just zero. And you understand this: time, money and most importantly health, there are still a lot of moments, but you can close your eyes to all this, if you were cured, if you at least tried to think about it

Everything is at the highest level. I won’t talk about treatment, because I don’t know myself, that is, I haven’t been treated. I was examined by a doctor and consulted. But I liked everything. There was an operation on the soft palate and a gastrocheck. The professor surgeon, a conscientious and attentive person, did an excellent job. There would be more such specialists. I have questions for the accompanying Russian office, nurses and ultrasound doctor: 1) The catheter was installed only the fourth time, and as a result, I now have a damaged vein in my arm that can no longer be restored 2) the ultrasound doctor found two cysts in the thyroid, 1.2 cm each , although this had never happened before, upon arrival home I did a double check, the cysts turned out to be 1.2 mm each, perhaps in the conclusion the comma was placed in the wrong place, or the fact that the doctor was very young 3) support and organization for 3, they took payment for a separate fee, but except for me there was also a man. They promised to recalculate, but they never did, after 3 months. Then I sent photographs to show them to the professor to make sure that everything was ok with the larynx, I first checked whether it was possible to send them. I've been waiting two weeks for an answer, and now they're completely ignoring me. The impression is that after receiving payment, attention and interest in the patient ends.

Drs seemed very good. The consultation was calm and professional but I was told I would have results within 2 working days. When I didn’t receive any information I returned to the hospital and was told I would be emailed within 24 hours. When that didn’t happen I had to come in again and was hugely surprised by a very rude and impatient receptionist who was dismissive and seemed to want to blame me somehow. She made some very unprofessional comments about me to colleagues in front of other patients when she thought I couldn’t hear.
