I was not in the hospital. I asked just a second opinion. I was very disappointed, because I was working a lot to translate all the documentation into English, and finally I was discussing with doctor only 10 minutes, and the level of the discussion was very poor. Practically I did not get anything for 400 EUR. <br/><br/> <strong>Reply from Professor Johaness Drach:</strong><br/> <i>Second opinion is given on the basis of a thorough analyses of provided medical reports. The procedure lasts as long until all questions of the patient have been clarified. If necessary specialists of other disciplines are also involved. The patient always receive a written statement.</i>

Hello everybody. Thanks to the Clinic for a successful operation. To the Neurosurgeon Mustafa Onaz and Professor Gohan. We are diagnosed with Brain cancer, the last stage, malignant. The tumor was twice as large. They saved my husband&#39;s life. Masha Allah. The operation was 8-9 hours. they deleted everything, I consider this a record. It was a difficult operation. Well done. At our KZ they could not remove everything that was, only a small part was removed and that&#39;s it. I bow to you. At the expense of the clinic. Service At the Highest Level. Very pleased with the attitude towards patients. The staff was polite and courteous. They responded quickly to all my needs. They suggested the best alternative treatment and were very tactful during the operation. The operation was done under local anaesthesia, and painkillers have very little effect on me, but the doctor was very sensitive and understanding of my condition and patiently waited and increased the dose of anaesthesia until the action started. And during the whole operation constantly asked about my condition and even on small reactions of pain, which were reflected apparently in my face immediately responded. And the assistants (nurses) were close by, giving emotional support. I would especially like to mention the attitude of the interpreter Rabia, who was always in touch with me throughout my stay and answered at any time of the day, despite the workload I saw. This is very human of her when you don't know anything and don't know the language. I would like to thank the clinic and all the medical staff for the help provided and for the sensitive attitude towards each client.

Many thanks to Dr Bora Basharan and Alisher Durdiev! Diagnosis: carcinoma on the tongue. Alisher was very helpful with the choice and full support during the treatment. He gave us confidence in choosing Dr Bora Basharan by telling us about his professionalism and humanity. The most important thing for Alisher was the patient's health and to organise the diagnosis/surgery so that the patient gets the best results. We are very happy about this. We could not decide on the treatment (we were waiting for answers from South Korea) and Alisher did not give up to provide us with doctor's answers, answer our many questions and help with organisation. His ability to speak excellent Russian helped a lot in communication. The first meeting organised by Alisher went well. The doctor explained everything about the surgery and gave us peace of mind due to his experience as a highly specialised ENT surgeon in oncology. The operation went well and the follow up health checks. The recovery is good. We read many positive reviews online about Dr Bor Basharan which gave us more confidence. The reviews are true. After the surgery we were given a room with excellent food and the recovery was good. Thank Allah that we met Alisher and Dr Bora Basharan, for his golden hands, good surgery and organisation. My father was treated at the St. Zdislava Clinic (Da Vinci robot surgery radical prostatectomy! The operation was performed by Jan Doležen (a very experienced prostate surgeon). Bookimed helped in organising the trip, they always answered my questions, thank you Julia, thank you also to the organiser Irina Korchminskaya, who also helped in organising the trip. Dad was met, in the clinic always took care of Dad interpreter Otakar, if something was needed, was on the phone and came, who speaks fluent Ukrainian and Russian, many of the medical staff understand Russian. There was constant care in the clinic, they always came, cleaned, fed me delicious food and took care of me. Dad was in the clinic for more than 7 days, they did not require additional payment. The nature is like in a health centre: coniferous trees, easy to walk, swallows everywhere. We are waiting for the results of histology. I recommend this clinic to everyone! Thank you

Coordination is very poor. At first, my mother was not met at the airport, she waited half an hour until the driver found her. Then at the hotel, which was booked for one price, they gave another, more expensive. It’s good that the transfer arrived at the clinic on time and the clinic did all the examinations. Before departure we managed to give the results of the surveys, but the overall impression is bad.
