I recommend this clinic with all my heart
It was like a breeze. My best decision about my body. Everyone was good to me. The doctor made a perfect work. All staff wanted to help. The clinic is fantastic, very fancy, very clean, a warm place as well. I didn’t felt any pain, I didn’t felt ashamed about my body before the surgery and I left very confident with it after the surgery. I’m glad that I found this clinic. It was definitely a good experience. I recommend this clinic with all my heart. I’m not from Turkey, I’m from Europe and the fact that I choose the Dr. Esra Cabuk Comert’ clinic was the best choice. It’s so world changing to be able to see clearly again!
Overall, the experience was very much worth. It’s so world changing to be able to see clearly again! The cost was so much better than in the US, and I was also able to get the lens I wanted that is not available in the US yet. Other than a false assumption about where my hotel was located, and the drivers having difficulty finding me, the only perimeter went pretty smoothly. I’m happy with the outcome. I would only suggest that there be at least one nurse or medical staff besides the doctor who speaks English. Many more paranoid, or less traveled Americans would have a hard time going through that honestly. I feel the service is very worth iit overall, those are just some recommendations to make the service excellent and a no-brainer for Americans who need medical procedures. Read more less

I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon
I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. The contact persons at Bookimed also contacted me regularly and enquired about my well-being. I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and am pleased to be recovering quickly and well. Dr Burak continues to monitor me now and I feel I am being very well looked after. His instructions are clear and very helpful. Dr lux , quality , no bruising after rhinoplasty , good doctor . I was hungry, the hotel can be found better for such money. The nurse after the operation pricked 3 times hands not qualitatively. Who has fear to needles, blood, and I have this fear, on my request to call a specialist, I was refused. And so everything is good, fast healing . I can leave a positive review about Quartz Clinic and the bookimed service. There were some fears during communication with the service (especially after encountering negative reviews on the internet), but in the end I was satisfied with my experience. From the service I was supported by the manager Ekaterina. I would also like to leave her a positive feedback for her quick and competent answers in WhatsApp. All the conditions of the clinic were in full conformity with reality. And as for Quartz Clinic: a modern clinic with good service, friendly staff and doctors. In addition to my surgery, the service package included a good hotel and a transfer (even when I changed my hotel at my own request, I was still picked up by a transfer to another address not close to the clinic). The clinic was attentive to me and my words (and fears of the surgery itself), which really eased my worries. My coordinator at the clinic, Ali, made a huge difference to my experience as a whole, being really human and supporting me during the surgery with his communication, distracting me from my creepy feelings. And also always stayed in touch on messenger, giving full feedback, answering my queries. The surgery itself was excellent, the doctor inspired confidence in me and I found him to be absolutely competent, I would go to him again for any surgery with confidence. Overall I have to give the bookimed team a top rating
The staff at Bookimed from the initial off-set answered all my questions, queries promptly. I was nervous with feelings swaying about my treatment. Upon arrival in Turkey from the airport transfer onwards, I have got to say all doubts were a contrast as to what I witnessed and to the treatment I received. On the first day the hotel staff were welcoming by the way I stayed local to VMH University Hospital Istanbul Besyol, at a budget I chose the World Point Hotel 700 meters away (Ramada Hotel was even closer.) I'm not arguing with what I paid, hygiene, cleanliness, manners, availability of staff, room, I got and witnessed. The transfer to the Hospital l walked with my translator, who put all my nerves and questions I had to bed, I must say I felt alot better. On arrival I was astounded, the smell of freshness, clean, I had to ask the translator how many floors 9 was the reply, Big, busy different ethnicities different cultures, vast array of people from all parts of the world, I felt comfortable. The level of equipment, the Doctors, staff members would not go amiss in any Country. The treatment I received the interaction which you have with the Doctor was of great effect to me as the knowledge about my treatment gained was instrumental in what was to happen. Overall I have to give the bookimed team a top rating.
