What is important to know about discectomy?

  • A discectomy is the partial or complete removal of an intervertebral disc. The procedure allows you to get rid of a hernia of the spine.
  • The operation is safe due to the use of special surgical robots. These units calculate the optimal access to the damaged disc based on examination data and monitor the location of surgical instruments in real time. Such an operation minimizes the possibility of medical errors and subsequent complications.
  • The patient can return to normal life after discectomy in a week , if doctors perform the operation using modern sparing techniques: endoscopy and microsurgery. These methods allow you to remove the disc through 3-4 thin punctures up to 2 cm in size. Hospital fine, clean decent staff Got gynecomastia surgery, emintha into healing moderately okay results, had maybe grade one maybe grade 2 gyno, got glands removed as I was very lean, Surgeon made long incisions, along my chest, have two ling 3 Inch scars on either side of my nipples on both side of my chest Fland wasn't fully removed on my left side so have recurring gyno, Need steriod injection to help with scaring, surgeon isn't competent enough to go through the nipples to leave no scarring, Pictures they send of before and after are a lie, Probably look worse than before cant take my top off after, The response to this was get laser treatment or steriod injections Sub par save your money go somewhere else Probably the same for most procedures they do
