I was in Istanbul for a holiday and decided to try Morpheus 8. While looking for a clinic I stumbled upon bookimed.com. I didn't have much time since I was due to fly to Cappadocia the next day. ALI, was very helpful and was able to book the procedure for me the following day. He quoted me a good price for both face and neck. On top of it, he went above and beyond. He met with me and accompanied me throughout the whole process. I really appreciate everything he had done. It made everything so smooth. All the staff from Quartz clinic were very professional as well. Dr Ezgi did a great job during my 2 sessions. I would highly recommend bookimed for bookings and Quartz clinic for procedures. Their professionalism, and on time communication made a big difference.

Everything went well, the clinic fulfilled its responsibilities, the hair transplant team most likely had extensive experience and this is good, because they know their job. I traveled alone so my biggest fear was aftercare. The nursing staff are so unbelievably kind, reassuring, professional and friendly. The experience would have been very empty without them. In emotional moments they really cheer you up, in vulnerable moments they put you at ease all while delivering top notch attentive care. After a 7-hour operation, my head felt like cast iron, from anesthesia and other procedures... the plus is a break, which helps a lot, go to the restroom, stretch your limbs, and of course, lunch, which is very filling! At the end of all the procedures, they give you a very nice head care kit (shampoo, foam) and they will offer ointment for treating the donor area, don’t skimp, it’s better to take it right away! At the moment, the 2nd week is coming to an end, I’m happy with the result, like everything I’ve gone through) There’s still a long, but interesting journey ahead of my new hair! I really enjoyed my time there center was very nice and clean the medical team was nice respectful I got a better hairline then expected not to pricey hotel very local to center and the translater "YB" was very good helping me understand what I needed to know very supportive

In general, I had the opportunity to compare the communication of different clinics, and in this Anastasia was noticeably distinguished by empathy, sincere interest and a desire to help. About the process itself. Everything went as promised: 1. All transfers from the airport, to the hotel and clinic were organized for me by good transport. 2. The operation itself went well. The doctor consulted me, answered all the questions, and during the operation itself I felt the care of the staff and the support of Anastasia 3. You are provided with everything you need during rehabilitation - medicines, a pillow, consultations. the hotel (by the way, quite good) has a restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner regularly. This is my first experience of such an operation, I have nothing to compare with. Also, it is still difficult to talk about objective results - everything will be good or bad in the end. But at the same time, I can share what I saw - the clinic fulfills all the obligations it undertakes and the staff treats you very well. I received the following services at the clinic: - tests One nurse took tests from me and another patient at the same time, and almost mixed up the labels on the test tubes. - doctor's consultations (gynecologist, dermatologist) The appointment of a dermatologist was not issued either digitally or in paper form, which caused problems during the subsequent treatment. In gynecology, there were two parts of the tests, some told me that they were good, but I didn’t receive any conclusion, nothing. The second told me that they would inform me by phone, but no one contacted me. - medical procedures I was signed up for medical procedures, but when they arrived, the nurses began to ask me how much the medicine cost, the price for which they wrote to me on a piece of paper a week before. A very strange way of determining which drug to inject a patient. I expected the assignment to be stored in an internal electronic system. - translation On the day of the consultation with the gynecologist, after waiting half an hour for a translator into Russian, they gave me an interpreter in English (post factum), in general, I made an understanding based on the results of the analysis, but unfortunately, I do not know the gynecological topic in English at the right level and ask some clarifying questions were already pointless.
