Everyone was so kind ! My doctor was also amazing and an ENT so he cared about my ability to breathe as well as the aesthetics of my nose. The hotel was nice other than a few room service mishaps, and the transportation was super reliable. Everyone did whatever they could to help me, they even called me to wish me a safe flight. I felt so welcome the whole trip, they had everything under control. Couldn't be happier with this place. 100% recommend :^)

I had plastic surgery on the upper and lower eyelids. I can describe my experience as follows: an absolute feeling of safety and comfort throughout the provision of the service. Compassionate staff, talented surgeon, modern equipment and techniques. And subsequent support, which is also very important. If I had a choice, I would contact the same surgeon and the same clinic. On the upper eyelids the seams are very neat, on the lower eyelids I couldn’t find them at all. I will start by thanking Stanislav, the coordinating doctor of Bookimed, with whom I contacted at the beginning and who suggested that I do rhinoplasty at the Clinic of Nose Aesthetics with Dr. Cem Altindag. I liked the professional qualities of the coordinator - I found out the answers to my questions, agreed on everything in advance and flew to Istanbul without fear. Dr. Mohammed treats patients wonderfully. He was always ready to help in solving any problems and questions. Thanks to this, the stay in Istanbul turned out to be joyful and comfortable. The surgeon himself, Cem Altindag, is a very experienced doctor. He simultaneously listens to the wishes of the patients and finds the best solution, taking into account the realism of the wishes and the well-being of the patient. He is a very honest person and cares about doing his job well. The final result can be seen only after a while, but the operation itself went well and the initial result was very pleasing: everything is as expected, and most importantly, it looks natural. Special thanks to the staff: it was easy to trust them and they showed genuine concern. The room was clean, comfortable and pleasant to be in. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone! Hello everybody. Thanks to the Clinic for a successful operation. To the Neurosurgeon Mustafa Onaz and Professor Gohan. We are diagnosed with Brain cancer, the last stage, malignant. The tumor was twice as large. They saved my husband's life. Masha Allah. The operation was 8-9 hours. they deleted everything, I consider this a record. It was a difficult operation. Well done. Hello, we are from Kazakhstan. Came here for diagnosis and treatment of my son. We really liked the clinic. Neurologist Barış Metin explained everything to us in detail. We learned a lot about my son's illness. My son has hydrocephalus and even after the tests we found out that he has epilepsy, the VP-shunt works at an accelerated rate, so my son did not develop. Now we are receiving treatment. We hope it helps insha Allah. I also liked the staff, especially the translators, I forgot the names, but one of them even knows the Kazakh language. It was super convenient. Thank you very much Bookimed, you are the best, you helped us a lot, especially thanks to Oksana and Anna, they always answered on time and put up with us for more than a month. My coordinator Marsela, went above and beyond to research the perfect Doctor and accommodate with all of her request for the best Doctor. She always answered my questions and followed up when needed. My surgery coordinators Zeynep and Hisham were amazing and followed up and Hisham was there in person from the pre-op to post op and both were there 24 hours a day when I needed them or just to make sure I was doing good following my surgery. Dr. Emre Ozenalp is a very skilled surgeon and is amazing. The cuts he made I will have little scarring due to being a skilled surgeon. Dr. Emre and his Nurses followed up everyday to check on my status. He’s Nurses are amazing and we’re very compassionate since I am a very modest person. I would highly recommend Bookimed, my surgery coordinators, and Dr. Emre and his Nurses. I am very amazed and super excited about my outcome of my surgery. My amazing husband who was by my side the whole and supported my decision was absolutely amazed and thanked Dr. Emre for the amazing work he did on my tummy tuck.
