It was an experience my husband and I will never forget!!
Bookimed was so helpful and extremely nice. Everything they told me was to the detail accurate. I was very nervous about this because we’d never traveled that far before, just so many unknowns. But from the minute we were picked up from the airport we felt completely comfortable. Even with the language barrier, there were tons of laughs, smiles and hugs. It was an experience my husband and I will never forget!!

I was very nervous about this trip and had tons of questions, so I’m sure at times I was driving the young lady that helped me crazy, but never did she make me feel that way. She always answered me in a timely fashion. She would even call the dentist office with questions I had and she would let me know right away what they had to say. I’m usually not a very trusting person, but she helped me know that even though we’d never met I could completely trust her. It was an experience of a lifetime, and I would definitely use them again.

I had my implants placed at the YEG clinic, a good, clean, modern dentistry with good equipment. The implantologist is a professional, placed the implants in less than an hour, quickly and painlessly. Attentive and caring staff at the clinic, kept in touch with me all the time. There was an interpreter during the operation. Transfers were organised from the airport to the hotel, to the clinic and back. The fee was about the same as we had discussed, except for a few things that really can not be taken into account in advance. The prices are very good. I recommend the clinic! 👍👍👍

I thought about it for a long time and finally made up my mind. I read a lot, looked, chose, and made my choice on this clinic. I liked absolutely everything, starting from the telephone consultation, help in finding air tickets, meeting at the airport with a bouquet of flowers, transfer to the hotel in a nice car, with a friendly driver, a nice interpreter and wifi. The hotel is also on the level **** , close to the seafront and the big market, with breakfast. Every day shuttle from the hotel to the clinic and back, if you want they will take you to the big shopping centre. The staff at the clinic is super, the equipment is modern, professional. I am happy with everything, we extracted all the remaining teeth, installed 12 implants, I feel good and happy, in three months I will have a mouth full of teeth, 28 crowns !!!! Dreams come true . Good health to all, don't save money on yourself. Who is interested in details write in a private .

I was met very well, the transfer was well organised, the consultant from the clinic was on the phone all the time and gave me tips, sometimes not in time, but it's a small thing.)The hotel is comfortable, no frills, but the room is super clean and white sheets.Breakfast is very modest, but Istanbul is the capital of the country, so it may be so. About medicine, it took two hours to get implants. No one checks blood for viruses and hiv. I was just asked whether I was sick or not. The consultant answered that they take all patients, but after the infected they throw away the instruments without treating them. It still scares me. They don't take any tests, they don't do them. The transfer was on time, I was delivered to the airport on time. The staff on the one hand very attentive and very helpful, but...on one trust on such health is impossible, I think.Too much risk.The usual simple express-testing and already the result.Or disposable all the intrument. The big plus is that nothing hurts yet.But the story is silent why you need to remove the threads on 17-21 days, and I had them come off the upper implant on the 3rd and all Ivanka-consultants do not care))))

Everything is good, I can recommend the clinic for treatment
Arrived in Istanbul on the 10th of November 2024. The counsellor was in touch with me, the car came quickly and took me to the hotel that the clinic had booked and paid for. The next day the interpreter Kamila came with whom we went to the clinic. It was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There I had an X-ray of my chelbones and after taking everything into account I was given a treatment plan. As it was a little more problematic than we expected, we had to adjust everything a little and made the best possible treatment. Now I am undergoing rehabilitation and waiting for the implants to heal. Everything is good, I can recommend the clinic for treatment

The quality of the zirconia based crowns are poor. They turned yellow in a week. I would be posting audio and actual video of my experience at this clinic on google reviews and yelp with subtitles shortly. I highly recommend if you are from the USA and are accustomed to our medical standards you would be greatly disappointed. Save your money and do not go to any dental clinic in Turkey as the standards of service and quality of product is way below the worse dental clinic you can find in the USA.

Of course, it was very exciting to have my teeth treated abroad, but on the phone I was assured that there was no reason to worry and it turned out to be 100 per cent true! I was picked up at the airport, brought to the dentist's office where I was met by an assistant translator and on the same day I was seen by my doctor. There is no language problem in communicating with the doctor, there is no problem to ask a question, ask more about the treatment, etc. as there is always an interpreter nearby. All procedures were scheduled for the next day and I was kindly escorted to the hotel, which is located next to the dentistry. I want to say straight away that all your wishes will be taken into account and the doctors will do their best to make you happy and with a beautiful smile! I am glad I chose this particular clinic!

Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.

Everyone was so kind ! My doctor was also amazing and an ENT so he cared about my ability to breathe as well as the aesthetics of my nose. Bookimed was able to quickly arrange more consultations with other clinics and Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital. I really liked the dental staff and the vision/action plan proposed by Bahcelievler. I quickly decided that they were the best option of all my consultations there in-country. Due to the severity of my dental needs, the Chief of Dentistry (Dr. Esma Sonmez) personally took my case. Her and her team were fantastic. She highly recommended the oral surgeon, part of the hospital, Dr. Celal Gondirll. I highly recommend both of them. Mr. Gondirll communicated clearly the game plan, successfully followed through with a well-performed surgery, and was available for after-care. I needed 24 crowns, with temporaries installed prior to the jaw surgery, and permanents installed post-surgery. Dr Sonmez performed all the crowns herself. In all, everything went very well. My hospital medical coordinators, Ms. Rose and Mr. Masoud, did a great job of coordinating the activities, hospital stay, hotel stay, and shuttle services. It has only been about a week and a half post-surgery, but I am very pleased with the results. I'm sure things will only improve more as the swelling subsides in the coming weeks. None of it would have been possible without my Bookimed coordinator, Winnington, quickly pivoting after my initial consultation going south and arranging the consultation with the hospital. An additional point to mention is that Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital was able to perform all the needed services at a significantly cheaper price. Dr. Sonmez is also very conservative in her approach to dental care and was able to successfully avoid 12 root canals that my initial dental clinic consultations had deemed "required." I would strongly suggest adding a consultation with the hospital prior to finalizing any action plan. Thank you!
