I had initially gone to Turkey to consult with a dental clinic there. The initial clinic consultation went a direction that didn't want to go to meet my needs. Bookimed was able to quickly arrange more consultations with other clinics and Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital. I really liked the dental staff and the vision/action plan proposed by Bahcelievler. I quickly decided that they were the best option of all my consultations there in-country. Due to the severity of my dental needs, the Chief of Dentistry (Dr. Esma Sonmez) personally took my case. Her and her team were fantastic. She highly recommended the oral surgeon, part of the hospital, Dr. Celal Gondirll. I highly recommend both of them. Mr. Gondirll communicated clearly the game plan, successfully followed through with a well-performed surgery, and was available for after-care. I needed 24 crowns, with temporaries installed prior to the jaw surgery, and permanents installed post-surgery. Dr Sonmez performed all the crowns herself. In all, everything went very well. My hospital medical coordinators, Ms. Rose and Mr. Masoud, did a great job of coordinating the activities, hospital stay, hotel stay, and shuttle services. It has only been about a week and a half post-surgery, but I am very pleased with the results. I'm sure things will only improve more as the swelling subsides in the coming weeks. None of it would have been possible without my Bookimed coordinator, Winnington, quickly pivoting after my initial consultation going south and arranging the consultation with the hospital. An additional point to mention is that Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital was able to perform all the needed services at a significantly cheaper price. Dr. Sonmez is also very conservative in her approach to dental care and was able to successfully avoid 12 root canals that my initial dental clinic consultations had deemed "required." I would strongly suggest adding a consultation with the hospital prior to finalizing any action plan. Thank you!

LIV Hospital services are very much in line with and in no way inferior to the world level, believe me, because due to health problems of my family, we had to see clinics in the USA, China, South Korea, Israel. From the very first call I felt great care for me as a loved one. Many thanks to Sabina, Nigina - coordinators / translators, they did a great job, we could contact them at any time of the day and they supported the patient with all their hearts. Please note that everything here is based on Turkish, only doctors can communicate in English. It can be seen how much Turkey has advanced and is self-sufficient. I am grateful to fate that I met the professor - neurosurgeon Chagatay Ozturk. Easy to communicate, concise, it is immediately clear that the highest level specialist, after the examination, identified the problem and showed it on the MRI scan and explained what was to come. An operation was performed to remove the hernia on L5-S1 and a titanium disc was installed. The atmosphere of the team was very favorable and cozy, there was a high level of coherence and discipline. The concern was such that I did not feel any pain or heaviness, although they say that the operation was not an easy one. On the second day after the operation, I already walked and on the sixth day I was already discharged. Finally I got rid of pain and sleepless nights over the years! I went to Turkey for diagnostics at the Istinye clinic, there are many impressions and, unfortunately, they are not very good. To begin with, the clinic itself is good and the equipment is also at the level, everything went quickly and waited for the result. Because quarantine began in Turkey, flew home, and here it began, although the coordinators promised to keep in touch with me. In short, they discouraged all the desire to go there again and do the operation there! Because it all depends on your coordinator and translator. They only work well with people who pay a lot and no questions asked. I do not advise you to go there, just because everything is decided not by the doctor, but by the coordinator, he even provides you with the prices !!!! There is only one negative left !!!!
